(103) Knocking The Euro Cylinder Out Why We Advise Against It.

We often get calls from customers who have lost keys and someone has tried to "Knock Out The Euro Cylinder Lock" in order to open the door. We advise against trying this method as the consequences of damage could be expensive.

Ohhhh I am imagining the amount of damage that can be done by knocking out a lock in a door. I remember my brother tried to drill out a lock for his daughter and it took him days to do it and several drill bits. I had given him the lock a year or so before and it was packed with drill protection. Just imagine the damage if he had tried knocking the lock out the door. Cheers Derek, this might save some people quite a bit of cash.
