Hey Brandon.. talk about your good friend Clayton Morris... he defrauded hundreds of investors, stole millions of dollars and then fled the country when he got caught....was you or BP involved in any of that? I think the attorney general may want to have a word with you.

Is he friends with clayton morris? There's a thread on bigger pockets on how he's a scammer. I think turnkey is a scam is general. How is someone giving you a fixed up house with management and still giving you a good return. The house is probably in a bad area or giving you a bad return.

alice cai Turn key is far from a scam, there are tons of investments that would fall into the turn key model. If you had the funds in place to purchase a Home Depot for instance, that would be a turn key investment. And you can go on and on... with that said there is always someone out there trying to scam people, that’s why we all have to do our homework and know our numbers before we fork over our hard earned money.
