Creating wealth entails establishing positive routines, I had only $78k to my name at 42 when I first woke up to this reality. I chose the stock market as a medium of growth, got an excellent financial advisor, Financial management is a vital subject that many avoid, often leading to future regrets.

Indeed, currently I'm managing my finances wisely and being frugal. In the last 19 months, my investments grew by 43%, adding over $500K in profits. However, I've had losses in the past month, making me anxious. I'm unsure whether to sell everything or wait.

No doubt, having the right plan is invaluable, my portfolio is well-matched for every season of the market and recently hit 100% rise from early last year. I and my CFP are working on a 7 figure ballpark goal, tho this could take till Q3 2024.

Transformation Habits In the sport of chess your goal is to checkmate the opponent before they checkmate you. Grandmasters keep making moves because they know how they will checkmate the opponent. Making moves in no direction is useless, you need to find what you need to succeed, and that is not checkmating everyone you see. Know which moves to make and plan ahead before you keep moving

Today I’ve of the mindset that networking is the primary benefit of college now.

I learned that the stock market was a rich man's game (yes, grandparents lost it all back then and preached that forever) but I've been around long enough to really taste how great it can be. To be profitable, with inflation at 6.1% These are surely desperate times, but in my opinion, there is no market condition that a good financial advisor cannot navigate, especially those that have existed since the crisis of 2008 and before.

@joesphcu8975

They are quite effective, I've been using the skills of an advisor since the August 2015 stock sell off when the Dow fell over 1800 pts which inherently wiped out all my gains I was in down over $80,000 (terrible times)... That's when I started using an advisor, it took me about 6 months to break even and also a net gain of 'about $830,000 while others have waited over years to break even, being aggressive certainly comes with greater risk, but with an investmėnt advisör, it's all been calculated risk.

Thank you for the gems Patrick, this reminded me of my father, he taught us work ethic by example, tired or sick I never saw that man call off work. I was ten when my family immigrated to the US, at twelve I had my first job working with my friends family in food truck Saturday and Sunday from 6am to 9pm. My mother was completely against it but my father said that would develop my sense for getting what I wanted as long as I worked hard. I was a twelve year old taking my mother shopping for cloths and taking my family to eat at the Chinese buffet and that gave me a pride no one can't take away from me. This past August I bought my first commercial building in Chicago and I surprised my father with it. I got to tell my father it was all because of what he instill in my when I was a little girl that I've gotten this far and this is just the beginning.

As a keen chess player and coach, I found the notions of looking moves ahead very interesting. But specifically, to qualify it in a chess context, it is usually only in forcing variations that it is useful to calculate ahead because you can usually guarantee the opponent responses. Quite often as well, using forcing moves can help the opponent, so one has to be careful about actually using forcing sequences. There are a number of positions in chess where it is very difficult to calculate ahead and instead intuition is really needed. Now you kind of really highlighted to me though about outcomes that really you aren't just about quantity for quantity sake, and you show this in other videos which I really respect and find great about your videos. In Chess for me the notion of outcome is linked to trying to find downsides of the opponents position and capitalise on those. I guess in business from checking videos on Roadmaps, when the future is uncertain like a chess position might be, it is useful to have sometimes different roadmaps depending on particular changes in the economic, socio-political context. But in both chess and business I think often intuition is all one can have given great uncertainty. Thanks for the very interesting and inspiring, impassioned video.

Great explanation. Chess IS about predicting moves based on sizing up your opponent. You are not looking at their moves only to see how to master them, you are looking at THEM. In business, relationships and all aspects of life you are sizing people up. You are looking for a way in and then over them. Or under them if you are submissive. I have seen big mouths thinking because they were such they will get fed. What THEY learn is they don't get all of their blessings because they are too busy telling people what they think they are supposed to be so they don't learn how to embrace what is rightfully theirs. Claim your place. Utilize the game of life as you do chess. You are shifting your position based on the circumstance. Know what your position is and all of them AND learn to be comfortable being uncomfortable in every position. You realize you have become a master of YOU which allows you to be a master of anyone....because every one is one; one for all and all for one. Get it? Think on it. 11

Yes in Chess there are only so many calculate moves that can be made......in LIFE depending on who's game it is same thing!!! JS😒

I find that playing the player instead of the game is a better strategy. Is he an aggressive player, then I’ll just set my trap and have him eat my pieces. Is he a passive player, I’m going straight for his head. You can think 5 moves ahead, and loose after 2.🤷🏾‍♂️

there is the classic store with brick and mortar let's call it 1.0 in this store, products almost never change and the owner chose the products it is boring now, there must be a new store let's call it 2.0 in this store, products always change and people choose the products there will be via an app on the app, there is a huge catalog, people choose the products that will show up in the store the store is constantly being supplied with the products people choose.

The question is how to convert your salary into the investment funnel without double taxation. you pay taxes once it's earned, then buy stocks and get taxed again once you sell. Want to invest over 300k on the stock market, how do I achieve this?

If you're not who understands strategies to invest, just invest through an advisor, making good profits, avoiding taxes.

that's the more reason I prefer my day to day invt decisions being guided by a invt-coach, seeing that their entire skillset is built around going long and short at the same time both employing risk for its asymmetrical upside and laying off risk as a hedge against the inevitable downward turns, coupled with the exclusive information/analysis they have, it's near impossible to not out-perform, been using an invt-coach for over 2years+ and I've netted over 1.5million

Patrick is a huge bright shining star.. A true responsibile honest fearless approachable non judgemental inspirational mans man! I watch alot of Patrick's content and he is a genuine authentic explorer of people's minds, behaviours, attitudes, approaches and accountability.. Just to name a few of his amazing qualities.. He asked the big questions we all have an interest to discover and is unafraid to ask them whoever the person or subject may be.. Patrick is definitely a breath of fresh air especially as he is not a narcissistic personality moreover so many others who clearly have a selfish agenda.. Keep up the good work Patrick... You are loved my brother.. 🙏🏽💙

And the big issue is that if you want more in life, you have to face those who doesn't and try to convince you that you can or you shouldn't keep dreaming, hustling, learning and growing up! Don't listen to them!

The remarks about systems are spot on. When I'm starting a business I first get laser focused on putting systems in place to handle incoming clients. You always get it wrong up front, so keep improving all the time! This is exactly what people mean when they say work ON your business not IN your business.

When he says it’s easy to be a millionaire - he’s right if he means that it’s WAY easier than ever before. I agree, and it’s inspiring to realise. However, it still takes more effort, talent and persistence than most people ever put in
