Transformation Habits In the sport of chess your goal is to checkmate the opponent before they checkmate you. Grandmasters keep making moves because they know how they will checkmate the opponent. They are quite effective, I've been using the skills of an advisor since the August 2015 stock sell off when the Dow fell over 1800 pts which inherently wiped out all my gains I was in down over $80,000 (terrible times)... That's when I started using an advisor, it took me about 6 months to break even and also a net gain of 'about $830,000 while others have waited over years to break even, being aggressive certainly comes with greater risk, but with an investmėnt advisör, it's all been calculated risk.

Thank you for the gems Patrick, this reminded me of my father, he taught us work ethic by example, tired or sick I never saw that man call off work. I was ten when my family immigrated to the US, at twelve I had my first job working with my friends family in food truck Saturday and Sunday from 6am to 9pm. My mother was completely against it but my father said that would develop my sense for getting what I wanted as long as I worked hard. I was a twelve year old taking my mother shopping for cloths and taking my family to eat at the Chinese buffet and that gave me a pride no one can't take away from me. This past August I bought my first commercial building in Chicago and I surprised my father with it. I got to tell my father it was all because of what he instill in my when I was a little girl that I've gotten this far and this is just the beginning.

As a keen chess player and coach, I found the notions of looking moves ahead very interesting. But specifically, to qualify it in a chess context, it is usually only in forcing variations that it is useful to calculate ahead because you can usually guarantee the opponent responses. Quite often as well, using forcing moves can help the opponent, so one has to be careful about actually using forcing sequences. There are a number of positions in chess where it is very difficult to calculate ahead and instead intuition is really needed. Now you kind of really highlighted to me though about outcomes that really you aren't just about quantity for quantity sake, and you show this in other videos which I really respect and find great about your videos. In Chess for me the notion of outcome is linked to trying to find downsides of the opponents position and capitalise on those. I guess in business from checking videos on Roadmaps, when the future is uncertain like a chess position might be, it is useful to have sometimes different roadmaps depending on particular changes in the economic, socio-political context. But in both chess and business I think often intuition is all one can have given great uncertainty. Thanks for the very interesting and inspiring, impassioned video.

@DJFreedomlives4 жыл бұрын
Great explanation. Chess IS about predicting moves based on sizing up your opponent. You are not looking at their moves only to see how to master them, you are looking at THEM. In business, relationships and all aspects of life you are sizing people up. You are looking for a way in and then over them. Or under them if you are submissive. I have seen big mouths thinking because they were such they will get fed. What THEY learn is they don't get all of their blessings because they are too busy telling people what they think they are supposed to be so they don't learn how to embrace what is rightfully theirs. Claim your place. Utilize the game of life as you do chess. You are shifting your position based on the circumstance. Know what your position is and all of them AND learn to be comfortable being uncomfortable in every position. You realize you have become a master of YOU which allows you to be a master of anyone....because every one is one; one for all and all for one. Get it? Think on it. 11

I find that playing the player instead of the game is a better strategy. Is he an aggressive player, then I’ll just set my trap and have him eat my pieces. Is he a passive player, I’m going straight for his head. You can think 5 moves ahead, and loose after 2.🤷🏾♂️
