yeah, I've removed Faux Locs from my service menu because of all the tension placed on clients hair, it wasn't healthy. Seeing this video may make me reconsider putting it back on my service menu. Video was great at usual, thanks for sharing.

looks great!!!!!! With faux locs, do you have to sew the hair at the base? Is that to secure them, so they won't slip out?

I have the hair she used in the front, it's awesome and very lightweight. It frizzed a little because I refused to wrap my hair lol. She sewed it for extra security and because it allows you to wash your hair. Mine lasted about two months with washing every two weeks. I still have the hair because yes you can reinstall them
@QueenMuva8 жыл бұрын
No, she sowed the threads where I could see them, best tool is a thread puller, and someone to help. My husband helped me
@anitajmmy8 жыл бұрын
So the ends of your hair never came out?
@QueenMuva8 жыл бұрын
+Anitre Jemison No, they got fuzzy but never came out until I removed them
@1FlyGemini8 жыл бұрын
Ok I'm glad you commented...maybe you can answer my question. I tried this method on my daughter's hair and the dreads WOULD NOT hold on her hair...they slipped off VERY easily. Can you tell me what I could have possibly been doing wrong? Thank-you.
@QueenMuva8 жыл бұрын
+Nikki Knight did you sew a little stitch at the root? You also have to make sure you're wrapping the hair in the correct direction

Just what i wanted to see. I was wondering if i could do it in this method because i didn't have a crochet needle nor do i like using it. But all they kept showing was with the crochet needle or a bobby pin etc. I just wanted to twist it into my hair. Thank you highly appreciate this video.
