Exactly. This case was about their visits to the UK. They didn't lose anything regarding current situation. When they come to the UK, they just need to inform 28 rays before arrival and the authorities then decide what level of security they will get. They get that security free or charge/paid by the British taxpayers. Harry is not happy with that. He doesn't like that 28 day rule, but likes to dome when ever and have the same security as he had when he was a working royal. No doubt this decision was a tragedy. I have no doubt that the couple has already plan how to take the UK. That plan didn't work perfectly as to security. - Charles and William should really not pay anything. The Letter from the NYC department of whatever was the one in error. The NYC police department sent a preliminary letter, then within days finished their follow up and found that there would be no charges, that YES, there were a FEW paparazzi out, but that the only incidents were caused by Harry's security team not following directions of the police escort. They kept just pulling off from their police escort and the police would have to circle around and stop them and redirect them. Then Harry's idiot group took off down a one way street going the wrong direction and that was the cause of the near collisions and chaos. Police caught them, redirected them back and told them "That's it" took them to a cab put them in it and ended it. So, Harry failed to give the court the second letter, but, the judge must have had it because he made comments that Harry was not being factual in his claims. Harry asked for an appeal, this judge is the one that will decide if He CAN appeal...if he says NO, then it stands at NO.

Son2 was not technically eligible for full met security when he retired from the army. Both Prince George and Princess Charlotte had been born, she a month before he left the army. He was was the second son of the heir. The heir heir had two heirs. IMO he was “given” met security just to protect him from his idiotic self. TW absolutely NEVER should have gotten met security. Charles and Elizabeth (and whomever they convinced) pulled one over on the citizens by keeping him covered as long as they did. The best the two should have had was “grounds security” as they lived on Kensington Palace then Windsor Palace grounds and while they were on engagements for the Queen as working royals. We all know it isn’t just about the securideee, it’s the IPP status they really want. Re: the court case, I understand that H’s desire to appeal will not be granted automatically. He will have to appeal to have the right to appeal if you get my drift and to do this he has to bring new evidence or points of law instead of rehashing what has already been produced…and there seems little chance of him being able to do that.

Indeed, the case, he has just lost, was integral to him obtaining IPP, and as I have always said that it’s not going to happen because he does not fulfil the criteria. RAVEC, the UN, privy council and Home office criteria, are very clear and well stated - to be a diplomat with status or a dignitary, to be a representative of a country and carrying out business on their behalf, to be a head of state or head of a political government and so forth, Harry nor any member of his family is entitled to it because they are none of the above anymore and have not been officially working as royals within the dominions and under the auspices of Parliament, since March 31, 2020.

He has one week to be given leave to appeal for a fourth time for another judicial review, which will not change the outcome whether he gets leave to appeal or not, so I think it’s safe to say no IPP not now not ever. You can sleep at night now okay? Edit: it takes approximately 18 months for another appeal to be heard at the very earliest opportunity, last time he waited 2 1/2 years😆

I think that it is not the security that was so important to Harry & the wife, it is the IPP status. The IPP status would allow them to have access to global information that the rest of us do not have access to, and they would also have diplomatic immunity. Which means that they would not be held accountable for anything illegal that they did. They have proven that they are not trustworthy, that they are not loyal (except to the highest bidder), that they lie, bully, etc. I do not care if Charles pays for their security, as long as it is not paid for out of tax payers funds. King Charles IMO will be the downfall of the house of Windsor. He should bring his cousin Queen Margerethe in to sort his family out for him. WAIT: the NYC car chase.....the letter Harry presented into court was not the final judgement...it was a preliminary letter that quickly was followed up by the final judgement from NYC which found the only problems were caused by Harry's security crew that would not follow the police escorts directions and turned up a street into oncoming traffic and nearly causing accidents! That there were a few paparazzi there (the ones Meghan called to be there to take their pictures) but, they were not the cause of the situation, it was Harry's team that would not follow police direction. SO, Harry tried to pull one on the court by not presenting the correct letter and the judge did not buy it. Harry has asked to appeal, but, this judge has to give permission for him to do so....if this judge says NO, then it stands as NO. Pray he says NO to another appeal.

They managed to go to Jamaica [which the American tourist board regard as a high risk destination] with very little security!! The cost of the security they have now is down to them wanting to show the world how important they are - not because they are needed. They have protection whilst in the UK but obviously not with all the bells & whistles they expect!!. He doesn't visit often enough to concern ourselves with this.
