I loved the clutch 1st down run, where Kancey was left with nothing but Jaden's towel in his hand. That is the play that said it all. The throw to McLaurin on 4th and goal. The pocket was closing in and he just waited calmly until McLauin made his break.

Washington has been notorious this season for executing drives 6,7 to 8 minutes long, and finishing it with TDs. They need to do that vs. the Lions. It feels like 1991 when Washington played NFC south and then played the Lions 🦁 on the way to Super 🏈

I've been a fan for 54 years, gloated during the Superbowl years, then suffered through one heartbreak after another under Snyder's tyranny. This is DIFFERENT. This organization has all the makings of an elite NFL franchise. It's not just the acquisition of Daniels; e.g. the front office turn over 98% of the ENTIRE roster in less than 2 yrs. This is not a flash in the pan run like what we saw in the 2013 playoffs. This is the REAL DEAL. Get used to perennial playoff appearances.

As a DC native. We are very custom to being the underdog. But if you look at NFL History when a team has no chance in hell of winning. And Everyone is picking against them. Its mostly. But to be fair our defense is stepping up. Their RB was quiet all day. I don't even know who Mikey Sans was covering because that man wasn't allowed to do anything either. We need them to step up big again next week.

@ 4.5 YPC isn’t exactly quiet. Brian Robinson, now that was quiet. Daniel was involved in 304/350 yards. Him and Mclaurin are the only skill position players we have that are above replacement level.

Commanding the offense yes. But overall its all of those guys in the locker Room. Mariota stepped up and won the game against Dallas as JD5 had a slow start. Our O line blocks better than I've seen them block since the hogs lol. The coaching staff and preparation is crazy. They seem to be ready for any situation. It's the Team as a whole that is special this year. But with a God Tier QB leading the charge . It all comes together nicely as you can see.
