i use standard 60/40 rosin core solder, with 360-380 deg C temperature for less than 3 seconds

good afternoon dear these power supplies are provided by an end user, for repair and to find root cause of faiure. so that they can approach to the manufacturer for the problem we must check the polarity before removal

Dear sir, I have been learning from your videos, I must acknowledge your videos are helping me a lot with learning. I feel, if I get the list of components like diodes, potentiometers, Transistors and resistors maintained. As of now, I made following list for keeping the stock initially: Diode 1N5408, 1N4007: 10 nos each Fast recovery diode: BA159, IN4148, UF4004: 5 each Dual Schottky diode: YG902C2: 5 nos. Potentiometer: 2.1 K ohm, 10 nos Transistor: TL431, 10 nos There are about 125+ SMPS in service, most of them are 2, 5, 10 and 20 amp; 12 volt and 24 volt. The intention is to maintain a stock so that I can expedite the repairs based on the need. Can you please help me with the additional components like resistors with specifications?

Buy some flux, to have better soldering, and easy to remove solder

i have various soldering pastes but i am using flux core solder, (kester solder, bow electronics solder wire, alpha solder), these wire have enough amount of suerb quality soldering paste. so no need for extra soldering paste to be applied

Delta is a brand name. It is a well known name in SMPS, same meanwell, Emerson, hp, liteon etc

Sir, smps in pfc section when remove mosfet, gate and source voltage is ok, output also ok but after when ok mosfet joint this smps on-off continus series and direct 230v. No out put. What filter chek??? Mosfet 100% ok.

pfc ic and MOSFET will boost volatge at 391 volt. normally 24 volt is being produced by 3845 cirucit. without no load output will remian regulated. but the regulation fails without pfc circuit.
