I understand Jake's side of the story, filing a grievance to counter new charges or appeal write-ups in prison for an incident that you didn't start is probably fine, but you can't name names. If the only way to appeal is to point the finger at a specific inmate, even if you know the grievance can't be used against them, it's still snitching lol. When there's a longwinded explanation for this sort of thing, they told, because everyone who tells has a story and technicalities to explain. Jake should just say he shouldn't have named the dude and leave it at that.
