It is a series of cardio exercise (aerobic dance exercise). It consists of 3 songs. It starts with light movements, gradually moving to hard movements. After dancing three songs, you will be moderately tired. I also adopted effective movements to train the abdominal muscles.
I put "beep sound" just before each movement change so that you can dance exactly to the music.
I recommend adding cardio exercises to your routine.
