10th Anniversary Units Revealed! I'm Conflicted!

It’s about money it’s why I never expect villains to appear outside of special expectations. But villains not getting as many slots is why in 2023 for the future worldwide I was annoyed as hell at BOTH part 2 LRs being super class. Because worldwide is that one celebration where Extreme units get any love consistently

Man I get your frustration but besides last year and the first there has never been villains in anni. Historically, because of the first anni they were always reluctant to put any villians as the main headliners for anni. The disparity in sales made it clear villians won’t produce enough revenue nor hype. Even last year, more people summoned for the super class characters than Brody, with broly’s banner being third in most summoned behind Gogeta who wasn’t even a Dokkan fest and beast. I know you know about the money thing, but villains just aren’t hype compared to heroes and I’m a villain lover. Our enthusiasm for villains isn’t shared by the majority of the player base. Honestly I’m happy we are getting Db saga content, and that the anni is so well spread out to make many categories better.

Yea. I know they gotta make the monies or we won't get anything. My disappointment is slowly going away already tbh. Only thing I fear now is THE SHAFT!

WWC could be used to fill in the gaps due to Anni possibly being Super type dominant. If theyre doing this for Anni instead of sticking to a movie or part for 1 part maybe WWC could be a ton of new movie villains/show villains.

Yeah they could either do that, or have mostly extreme type units release as turs through the year to make up for it

Not getting a Super Vegito that just starts as super Vegito was already a disappointment for me. Even with 3 units, not getting a villain was a disappointment for me. Only unit I'm truly excited for is SSBE Vegeta since he starts in the hype form but then again they gave him the same name as the INT unit so I get the feeling they won't link and I'll be sad. That being said finally getting a SSJ3 Goku that transforms into SSJ4 was probably needed.

As a vegeta fan I'm very excited for him. I hope they through UI goku's name in there just so he can link! I'm sorry for Vegito fans but I was laughing so hard when they announced him not being turn 1 vegito and being a time limit. We'll get one the same day we get LR Kid Buu

We didn't need another Vegito and Gogeta, thanks, but it is what it is, I really don't care it's fine + new mechanic makes him interesting

@ I wonder since they swap back and forth from goku to vegeta if they will hold both the family categories on the unit. Would be a great time to put that into the game.

Fair take man, we can be hopeful for this year aswell. Although villians might not get love this anniversary, they will do they justice throughout 2025.

Its time to understand villains dont sell unless they are sayans. I dont even consider broly as an extreme unit. So no , there wont be extreme units for anniversary. Part 2 will be gogeta or vegitto blue and gohan and kid goku probably.

Man I want Baby Vegeta Dokkanfest, 10 years have passed...Kid Buu in the same place. I am happy for that SSJ4 Goku but we already have the Int one from Baby saga. Vegetto is idk...always buu saga, that Vegeta is welcomed as we had Jiren and Goku UI he complete the cycle

I'd be down for a massive year of GT stuff. On a side note Gotenks to this day in Dokkan gets some weird negative in his passive. It's happened every time! Boy I hope super 17 gets justice one day!
