Excellent video. I got the bottle from Purify. The bottle I got is FDA approved. But it does use the DuPont membrane to generate the hydrogen. Now I wonder if I should save and get a different brand. But all the research I did, others said to get the DuPont…I’ve used mine for over two months. I no longer get headaches. I use to get them often. 3-5 times a month. I have better energy levels when working out. My joint pain has decreased greatly.

It's your decision really but Dupont are linked to forever chemicals. They made tons of water proof, stain proof products that turned out to be highly toxic to the environment and build up in our bodies. I don't want that in contact with my drinking water. I made a video about this.

I built my own hydrolysis unit with 6 car batteries. Then I filled an empty CO2 canister with my hydrogen using a SCUBA compressor, stuck that in my Sodastream unit and now I can hydrogenate a bottle of water to 45psi and make sparkling hydrogen water. Haven't noticed any health benefits but yesterday I burped while BBQing burgers and set the garage on fire.

I filter my water through a UV-C light to sterilize the water, then run it through a WaterDrop filter 5 times. I measured the TDS to be as low enough, then into the Hydrogen water bottle, and overnight I experienced less back pain, a better mood, and more energy. Hello Jay. You've done an excellent job creating and publishing this video. Currently, this video is the only video of yours I've viewed. I've went a little further down the rabbit hole on this subject than seen in your video here. I can tell you the best research on these devices comes from Japan. They even go as far as infusing bubble bath water with Hydrogen. I personally used the hydrogen for health bottle, using Fiji water (high content of silica for removing metal from the vessels in the brain), and C60 with (virgin olive oil). In total- 3ml C60 per day. An 1 liter of infused Fiji water a day for 28 days. The results were I lost 36pds of weight. I made no changes to my diet whatsoever.

Yes it does, glass is better. Glass won’t expand thus the pressure is able to be maintained. Plastic need to be thickened and made of a specific kind of plastic to be able to expand and shrink every time . That kind of plastic will leak chemicals into your water.

I'm confused. I read the paper in the video. The authors state max concentration of H2 at 1mM and the participants in the experiment drank 1.5L, so at most they are ingesting 1.5 mmol of H2. Yet the lactate reduction is approximately 5-6 mmol (assuming 5L of blood). How are they getting anti-oxidant reduction that exceed the amount of H2 ingested by over 2x?

I would have to disagree I'm afraid...I owned a hydrogen generator around 2017 and according to my experiments with an ORP meter they do work with distilled water as I was getting a reading of -200 to -500 ORP. Also, adding salt will cause the generator to create chlorine. Just sharing my experience 😊

The reputable brands will create hydrogen and any chlorine is released via an escape valve, the cheap bottles on ebay may create chlorine which stays in the water.

Thats a great point! I think someone with a poor lifestyle may feel some immediate effects, but won’t last or have substantial benefits without changing the other areas of their lives, food, exercise, managing stress, eliminating toxins from their immediate environment. Getting and staying in optimum health in a world of chemicals is a lifestyle and not a quick fix. Once the cells begin to heal, the rest of the body will come in alignment. Thanks for sharing

Since drinking it I’ve noticed I go to the bathroom a lot more, which is good I guess because I tend to overeat, so I hope it helps curb weight gain. It also reduces my appetite slightly, Also my stomach becomes bubbly. I also notice improved cognition and mood. Like today I felt more focused and clearer minded then usual. I drank a lot of hydrogen water today. Made different choices, was about to buy a cheeseburger but changed it to a gyro last second… and didn’t feel bad about it even though my family got burgers. Take with that what you will :)

Ou can do it, ive done it, the more you use the inhalers the more you need them, the less you use them the less you need them. I use celtic salt a lot in my diet and dissolve a few grains on my tongue if i feel a bit 'tight' or congested, i rarely need to do this now after 3 years without inhalers. If you get a cold, get any jucus build up in sinuses, lungs, try lungwort tea and/or mullein tea as well as the seasalt, very effective. I also practice good breathing techniques, Buteyko is one of several. Watch your posture, concave chest and forward head position is common amongst asthmatics. In time, you can definitely throw away those inhalers 👌👍😊

I have been so amazed by my own experience after being on ever increasing doses of inhalers since the age of 12 (now in my fifties), i seize every opportunity to pass this info on to others fiagnosed and being treated for asthma. I know about and have witnessed the long term effects of inhalers, steroidal inhalers are even worse, im so glad i can help others 😊 i aldo have connected accidentally with other people doing the same as ne and all have agreed that celtic seasalt has the most profound effects along with various breathing techniques. Yes I didn't understand why some brands say you can use distilled water (in theory you cannot run electrolysis on water without electrolytes) and others say you can't. Just make sure you add some salt or magnesium before you put it in the bottle.

I got the version JOE Rogen endorsed. It is glass, it took time to get here. I just had some earlier. It is stamped HYDROGEN GENERATOR but not the PEM as you mention. It does help mood, I'm pestered to get my bloodwork done, so i will do this 14 days then do the bloodwork and see how it turns out. I did try it in the past, I don't think I was consistent at all. The negative reviews typically revolve around shipping time we have had issues in the past with 10-day shipping time, but we have fixed that to 3-5 days. I was using the tablets added to a purified water bottle set for at least 8 hours. So, I would do it early evening and take in morning. Doing this was giving 4-5ppm and verified using the H2Blu Hydrogen Test Reagent. I found that at these ppm's I could feel a definite improvement in body aches and pains that lasted for around 4 hours and my joints felt like they were smooth and more 'lubricated' if that makes sense after about 2-3 days of doing this. It was an odd sensation, but really good. The only thing that I didn't really like was the taste of the water. Not really bad, just a little sour tasting. NONE of these electolysis bottles can do 4+ppm and I find that anything less than 3ppm just doesn't have the same affect for me. A little of the high side, but Aquela 8.0 out of the UK has the highest ppm you can get currently with ppm's from 8-12 depending on how long you leave the satchel inside the water bottle.

You do know that hydrogen is made under pressure right? Any bottle that is made from glass CANNOT produce more than 1.2-1.6ppm of hydrogen. You can look up the specific product or brand directly with h2 analytics to verify their claims. Purchase responsibly. And if it is made from glass and not polycarbonate just save your money. Because you're just drinking water. Also the official recommendation is a minimum of 6mg h2 per day to achieve the stated clinical benefits.

I have the same question. Even though there are no OFFICIAL recommended intake levels - there are some guidelines that have been given by reputable sources. (One study i found actually had a low end of 7.28 and a high of 10) So if you aren't really getting at least 5mg/L per day - you are wasting your time. You really need enough in order for it to be theraputic.

Thank you for your information. I ve just got mine and the translation of the instruction booklet is really poor. It says to put water at 50 degrees😮. Brand is H2 portable hydrogen rich water generator, from Singapore. Materials are glass, polycarbonate, silicone seals, 304 stainless steel and titanium platinum spe ion polymer membrane 1200 ma, wathever it means. Also, what worries me a little is that when prepared, water smells like a swimming pool at first, so Im afraid there is chlorine. What do you think? (Please excuse my English.)
