Wait valentin is not really a cassadine can someone explain ? I just saw him read a letter saying he is no longer blood but still alexis is his sister.

He had recently found out that Alexis was not his biological sister because they no longer shared the same father. However, Valentin's real father turned out to be a Cassadine and instead of being siblings he and Alexis are actually cousins.
