Thanks Dr berg my mum is in her last days with Alzheimer’s this week and we have to get this information out for others to not get this awful chronic degenerative disease. Stop waiting for a silver bullet tablet to fix it. If your lifestyle and medicine get you to illness then you have to change your lifestyle 😢

Applying paraben-free and fragrance free hair shampoo and gently massaging twice a week with hair oil by litttleextra's cocooonion oil. Imp. to remember that hair growth is affected by overall health as well as circulation and diet.

When I was growing up in England the field behind our home had a huge number of wild flowers and weeds. There is a farm outside of Witney Oxfordshire that has an ancient pasture that is being preserved for the huge number of plants. The old time farmers used to say that if the cattle felt a bit off color they knew which plants to eat to feel better but the new farmers that did not leave the old field alone did not have that benefit.

In the old days in the USA on farms, they made huge barrels of apple cider, and poured them into the water troughs. The cows never had any bacterial problems, like now, their coats were shiny and they never got sick.

I'm a producer of grass fed beef and lamb and have been following the science on nutrition surrounding grass fed meat for many years. I'm so happy hear Dr Eric talk about this (and that he is a fellow farmer as well). Many of the native Americans ate mostly to only meat and virtually had no heart disease, cancer, dementia, or diabetes (plus they are no sugar or alcohol until the white man started poisoning them)

My story: Exactly a year ago I found out thru CAT scan I had a lower disc bulge and a thoracic aneurysm and I weighed 180 lbs. and am 5'6" tall so, naturally, I freaked! I looked for help on YT and found your videos and I have been putting your suggestions into action where I could. so, now, I have eliminated sugars as completely as possible; have started buying more grass-fed meats when I can afford them and eating much nmore diverse salad as well as intermittent fasting and an occasional extended fast. I now make my own fermented vegetables and do sprouting and I am now 139 lbs. I do still have to take HBP medicine but have cut the dose in half with the occasional use of niacin but am finding that i may even not need the amlodipine I am taking foir my blood pressure. I can go on and on but I just want to say thank you, Dr. Berg for the new lease on life you have given me, Bless You !

Sharing Dr Berg notes: Top things that negatively affect your brain: 1. Chronic exposure to bad news 2. Toxic personalities 3. Spending too much time inside 4. Low-fat, low-cholesterol diets 5. High-grain diets 6. High-sugar diets 7. Low-stress to no stress at all 8. High-stress 9. Snacking 10. Things that decrease gut microbes 11. Consuming grain-fed animal products One of the most surprising things on this list is grain-fed animal products. I recently participated in an interesting beef nutrient-density study. This study compared the beef from my farm to grass-fed beef and grain-fed beef, looking at factors that contribute to health and disease. It turns out that the beef from my farm was significantly higher in phytonutrients and vitamin B3. It also had a fantastic omega-6 fatty acid to omega-3 fatty acid ratio. Not only that, but the beef I sent was low in glycation end-products and homocysteine, which are both harmful to the brain. Grass-fed beef also did much better than grain-fed beef when looking at these same factors. My beef may have done best because I raise my cattle on pastures with a diversity of weeds for the cows to consume. Overall, it’s crucial to consume grass-fed, grass-finished beef or 100% grass-fed beef to support your brain and your overall health. Thank you Dr Berg! 🐱👍🏿

I was just about to make the same comment! It is uncanny how many times his latest video addresses medical issues that I am struggling with right now. I will forever be thankful for his (free) contribution of thorough, trustworthy medical information he puts out to those of us seeking alternatives to the official recommendations of what is good for our health, or should I say, the omission of such. A GREAT human being, and if he makes a decent living from his noble efforts, I have absolutely no problem with that.

I personally identified the general news as a toxic element to my wellbeing about a year or so ago. Decided to stop looking at the main culprit here in the UK (Daily Mail) and kept my news exposure to a minimum, more based around local news. This was probably made previously during lockdown with less chance to go out and mingle and being forced to stay in and read doom and gloom. I've found getting out for walks and ignoring the mobile phone for a while is a great way to recharge!

Omg..... Im addicted to crimes shows...so Im pretty much always inside watching them without any outside activities most of the time. My mom says thats good because the sun will give me skin cancer. She has a habit of calling me in the middle of my tv time screaming about bad news and things that our family members are doing and how its not right the way people treat her and interrupts her life. I have depression and anxiety but refuse to take medications cause my mom said they will make you crazy and depressed. I always snack while looking at tv and my mom says looking at crimes shows and taking meds will kill me and to stay away from stressful situations and toxic people. I finally realized that my mom was the toxic in my life. I then moved to Newark New Jersey where I can now sit on my porch and watch live crimes happen all while getting my needed sunlight. I also have completely stopped snaking because im afraid to open my mouth in fear of chocking from the air. And its always a fair amount of stress and exercise here. Between dodging bullets and fighting people for taxi's,I know I will have my summer body in no time.

At this point, it does not matter what Dr Berg’s background and or specialty may be. This person show us day after day the route lo preserve and improve our health. Many renown doctors DO NOT know how to communicate even if they have the academic knowledge. I am simply eternally grateful that I found him. Objectively, any who question and laugh at this videos is just bc of ignorance and jealousy. Keep the good work, Dr Berg.

The longer I stay away from doctors the healthier I have become 💪🏼 thanks to being doctor-less 5yrs now i am free of atopy & my autoimmune is in full remission. Doctors are some of the unhealthiest individuals on earth, believing there is a pill and shot for everything. My dad was a doctor. I no longer believe in doctors. Love him to death, but would not ever take his nor any doctors medical advice.

Good news about the beef. My grass is mostly weeds. I also theorized there may be more nutrients in weeded grass after experimenting in edible weeds. It would make sense why your personal grass fed beef would be more healthy than the average grass fed. So thanks again Dr. Berg for your knowledge and happy new year !!
