Your videos are always a great resource-keep them coming! This key is challenging to heal, but you made it look so easy. Key takeaways: I’m using Ancestors far too often for damage, and then I’m stuck spamming Surge when I need their output for healing, which results in less damage overall. I need to hold on to them longer until I know the fights better. I’m wasting Spirit Link usage. I often treat it like a panic button and end up with almost no uptime throughout the entire dungeon. I really have to remind myself to use Totemic Recall regularly for CBT; you’re getting so much mileage out of it. Thanks for the upload, can't wait for the next stream.

Great run! I've played and loved resto shammy since WoD and honestly, this is the most fun I've ever had. The Farseer is so satisfying to play, Totemic for me is boring as hell comparatively. Do you think Echo of the Elements is worth picking? I've been playing without it and not even noticing it.

Their Chain Heals are their own, our talents don't interact with them. So only your own casted Chain Heals will consume riptides

Hey Laren, great content once more. Thank you for sharing. I dunno which makes farseer that good, since there is no surging totem and acid rain on cast which is biggest dmg source for dungeon. Could you make video after tests on upcoming days? Thank you.

Farseer can do bigger overalls and more damage assuming you have good uptime on your ancestors. And having casted acid rain makes no difference, it's still a big chunk of your overall damage

@@Jackawitzz Yeah this is what I’ve settled on running for farseer in keys. Import string can be found in the description box. At least for farseer I’d still recommend playing with chain heal. The no ch variant relies mostly on healing surge and you lack a bit of AoE throughput

Is there a reason why you don't get tidebringer in a chain heal build? If 4-set isn't available, is it better to just go tidebringer?

Not running tidebringer so I can path through Earthen Harmony instead because 5% DR is important in keys and it's also more Earth Shield healing. Also, 4p effect from the tier set makes it so Chain Heals are casted faster so I don't find a need for Tidebringer anymore.

Farseer is not dependant on Healing Rain placement, though. Unless you're trying to hit people with Downpour, Healing Rain is meant to be placed on enemies most of the time, it's not a relevant source of AoE healing (outside of Downpour like I said).

how big difference between CBT and HST? I just cant manage the timing of CBT..

If you dont want to run VERY high keys and need that certain bit more Healing at the very right moment, you can get away with HST pretty fine. I would go as far and say that you wont have problems with HST as high as +10 for weekly, if you use them correctly (so stacking 3 of them with TR f.e.) And yes, i also never got my head around CBT and im glad that HST is kinda back for us dummies, lol

@@Kwispy You use it on Cloudburst Totem or Healing Stream Totem for more charges = more throughput on demand. You can also reset cap totem or poison cleansing totem too in some niche situations

@@danntheman865 Honestly you need to get rid of CH in Totemic. You literally dont cast it at all without Swiftness or Hightide (and even with HT prob. a bad idea). Its the number one Mana Issue with Totemic, hardcasting CH). You have to top the group with Totems and casting Surge or Wave, as well as having Riptide out all the time. I still think Totemic works best in groups knowing what they do and stacking as much as possible. I think Farseer is much easier to play when you dont know what lies ahead.
