Deftones "Simple Man" surprised me, because that's an extremely easy song to butcher or get wrong and every other cover I've ever heard of it sounds just downright cringey.. Especially that Shinedown catastrophe 🤮 it's so gross and causes me physical pain to hear it. An example of a band meddling into shit they don't belong doing. It's pure cringe. 100% pure uncut Colombian *cringe* But Deftones actually made it listenable, or going out on a limb and declaring it's pretty good 🤷🏻‍♂️ jussayin.
