My very first stop, at Anchor Farm, and there it was! SO happy! Looks great with the brown Sheriff's hat! Reminder: The scavengers are affected when you take Grape Mentats before you buy. Her first price for the Coat was 980 caps, but after the GM it was 880. (Hey, it all adds up.) Thanks again - you rock!!!!

Unfortunately only her and the responder bot sell rare clothing, and only her “Trader” version and the Enclave sell berry mentats, orange mentats, .. recipes! It’s nice having a regular trader at ur camp, because you don’t have to go anywhere to make ur caps for the day!

Awesome video. I followed it last night. No luck finding the long coat after several server hops and locations. Every time I went to the Foundation location I was attacked by Legendary Mirelurk Queens and Sheepsquatches. Can't find a camp anywhere around there. I can't stop listening to the music in the background haha, what is that? Only weird thing I found over all the tries to find her.....paddle ball string. And it can go in your ammo stash.

Long ago I discovered one of these spots (you did not cover it in this video) just a 10 second run into the woods from my CAMP, literally the middle of nowhere, so not sure why they are out there, but I check it all the time. Sometiems it is Scorched or Blood Eagles, etc, but quite often there is a vendor there, I have found so much rare apparel to sell for caps it is awesome.

You know how you can use your camp or tent on a private server to get Grahm at the beginning of his route, is there an equivalent for the scavenger trader using a private server?

Yes! Go to Monongah Power Plant place your tent off to the left (if ur looking at it) I always do to the left of the road going up the hill where the trees are. You want to place ur tent in a public server then go to ur private server, you load in and he should be there near Monongah Power Plant. he can spawn on the left or the right of the road in front, so if you don’t see him in one spot try the other side. If u don’t figure it out stop by the live stream and I will show you! If ur asking about the trader she doesn’t walk a route like grahm. She is strictly at random encounter spawns.

No it is just rng, tbh I feel like I do better if I stay in the world vs server hoping for finding random encounters. You don’t tend to get the same encounter every time or at least in my experience. I’ve done this hundreds maybe 1k times. Everyone’s RNG is different! Private vs public server matters not

So it has to be a “scavenger trader” in order to get these items discussed in the video, there are loads of traders that pop up in player’s camps, just letting you know don’t want you to be disappointed if it is not the scavenger trader as she is not permanent at any location which is one of the reason these items are harder to get! If you have a friend hold her you can bring in a different character and check her inventory as it will be different for each character. If you find her twice in the same world in different locations she will have different inventort.

Don’t need to do that anymore, so yeah it’s loads easier to get those plans than the outfits now. Both are just as bad tbh. I got more locations to check for the trader than the trick or treaters or the reenactors

Yeah, most people don’t wanna watch a 3 hour video. Plus this took me over 3 months to find her at all the locations I did. I had to finally just stop after running the other spots an additional 24 hours and found nothing

No, she never shows up to ur camp. Players get a traveling vendor that will sometimes show up, but it is never the scavenger trader. Also if you place ur camp to close to her possible spawn locations this can suppress her ability to spawn🥰

Because it’s hard to do and I explain EVERY type of scavenger trader you can find at the beginning of the video. It took me MONTHS of 4 hour days trying to get all the footage I have for this video. It just takes time, if it was easy everyone would do it, if they did then none of the clothing would be rare😉🥰
