You should set boundaries in what you expect and will tolerate from her. For example, she is still friends with an ex and hangs out occasionally with him - even in a group context. Not anymore if she wants to stay in my world. It might ruffle a few feathers but she will see you have standards and that you have respect for yourself. In my experience, it has always has been a positive move. And if she does not like it and won't respect your wishes then better you say goodbye now.

Great video, Jeff. Indeed, it may be your most important video. Timeless advice. From a personal perspective, I feel being prepared is essential. I know the word "prepared" is broad. For me it includes having enough money for contingencies, having a "get home" bag in my vehicle, essential "everyday carry" items on my person, and "the means to protect yourself and loved ones." The specifics for the items in quotes will differ from person to person and from situation to situation. The important thing is to decide what it means for you and act on it. Salute!

I disagree that being nice works. Definitely didn’t for me in my younger years. Briefly dated a chick some years back that told me that she had caught her ex cheating on her. And I’m talking literally walked in on it! Him and the other chick straight up nekkid beating cheeks! Sometime later just when I thought things were going well she broke it to me that she decided to work it out with her ex. Yep, the same dude she caught! She felt like they had too much history and she wanted to try to work it out with him. I was speechless! That was the day when I quit being nice and it has worked out for the best honestly. Ladies, the same scrutiny applies to you as well. I'm ALWAYS wary of a woman that is nice to me, but hella nasty to others around her...including how she acts in public or says in private. Of all the guys I knew, and there were three in particular, who were the most successful with women, seemed to come in right around 5, 8" inches in height. Just reading a few articles on height/attractiveness, and all the latest research data shows that women find men who are around the 5, 8" mark to be the most attractive, generally speaking. 5, 5" was seen as an ideal height for women, which does NOT surprise me at all.
