Tracy, I LOVED this quick shoulder blast! I added this after a 30 minute leg and glute strength workout. It was the perfect finisher! Working on the shoulders exclusively, 10 minutes was more than enough to target those muscles, and by the end my shoulders were really burning! 🔥
