Holy Moly! I've been doing some strength training at home so thought these would be easy peasy. Started just with 5 pound d-bells as I thought I'd use lighter weight to just learn the moves. One set of 15 of each move with 5 lbs and my muscles feel way more "worked" than my usual routine. Great tips and will keep on with these. Thanks so much! 💗

7/10/24 Hello my first time watching you. I'm 62 with health issues I had a stroke and 6 months later I broke my patella and tore all the tendons and ligaments on my ankles so I was on a wheelchair for a while then a walker to a walking cane which I got off of 3 yrs ago. Anyway I love your arm exercises can't wait to see some for my legs. I'm gonna start exercises arms with you in the morning 😊

wish I would have seen this video years ago. I aggravated/hurt my shoulder blindly following a "certified fitness trainer" (or 3 or 4) leading a standing arm/upper body workout here on KZbin. YES I admit it was 100% MY FAULT. I know better--I ignored the voice in my head. Backstory: when I was in my late 20s I tweaked my shoulder in the weight room. It settled down and didn't bother me much. Then a different tweak playing Flag Football in my 30s. Next day or so, it was fine. But now that I'm 60 those chickens come home to roost. So I have to weight train differently. Your videos look like the ticket for me. This workout especially could maybe help rehabilitate my now-chronic shoulder using my lightest dumbbell. Thank you Dr. Ennis! I'll be careful...leading a standing arm/upper body workout.

I like the exercises, they are very efficient and suitable for beginners and advanced. However, I don't like it when you're completely bombarded with text during the exercises. A few tips on what to look out for, but then it has to be quiet ;) I now always run the video without sound.

I am over 60 and l am doing it, if you haven't done these exercises before, l advise you to play and stop the video until you see in which position you should keep arms, back ,neck and try and focus on the muscle you are working. Use very light weights or No weight at all until you feel confident that you have learn how to do it.lf it works you should feel a bit sore the day after in exactly the muscle you have worked. The soreness should go away if you star doing the same exercise again. Best wishes❤

I didn’t hear her say this is all she ever does. It’s a short work out to firm up arms. If you have body fat and are not very lean as she is your arms won’t look like hers.
