Hips are in the front and back.Female hip bones are naturally wider and rounder than males.If you take estrogen and testosterone blockers long enough it will feminize your bone mass as well, though it cannot completely reverse the effect the testosterone has already had on your body and highly depends on what age one starts transitioning, but it will lessen your muscle and bone mass and yes, initially you will seem to gain "weight" though in reality its just your muscle mass breaking down and becoming soft, turning into "fat" because you no longer have the required amount of testosterone to sustain that amount of muscle and bone mass.

Makeup or no makeup you are a stunning woman. I am so glad you're feeling so good about yourself! This is a fantastic improvement! And I cannot believe it's only six weeks until your FFS! I cannot wait to see how beautiful you look after it! (Don't get me wrong I think you are beautiful now, but this isn't about what I think, it's about how you feel about yourself). I'm so excited to see these videos each month because you seem to get happier and more confident and comfortable each month and it's so fantastic to see this. I'm definitely not the best at expressing how I feel but I am definitely very very excited for you and glad at how you progress between each of these videos!!

In major surgery like you're going to get, they put an IV in your arm and begin administering sedative well before they start wheeling you into the operating room. You'll already be so relaxed and loopy you'll feel no anxiety whatsoever, and you'll probably loose consciousness completely before you're even situated in the room. So you can adjust your mental image of those moments to include no stress or anxiety at all. They really have the science of patient comfort down pat now.

I heard if you pluck your hairs a lot they take longer to grow back/grow back thinner/ sometimes don't grow back at all at least that's what happens to eyebrows lol
@Purplecherry5
@Purplecherry5 8 жыл бұрын
The hair people have before plucking hasn't seen sun, chemicals, and are of course are thinner. When hairs first come out of the pores, they're thicker and darker because they haven't been naturally bleached and thinned out. So they 'look' bigger, but they're growing out as large as the first time you grew them.
@lola_dash788
@lola_dash788 8 жыл бұрын
Kittedups as with eyebrows, it's commonly known when plucking it takes longer for the hair to grow back since you're pulling it out at the root as opposed to just at the skin surface. And shaving makes hair appear thicker and more course just cos when it's cutting the hair, the tip is more blunt and angled making it appear thicker. But plucking can cause the hair to stop growing or grow back super slow if it damages the follicle. If the follicle is damaged, no hair growth will occur.

Kali_Dash my leg hair used to to be so soft and there wasn't that much and it was the same as my arm hair. I shave now and my leg hair is dark, thick, and there's a lot of it even if it's long. It also is ridiculously long after a week. It gets so long, it catches in my pants and hurts or pokes through thin ones. So I fully believe the idea that shaving DOESN'T change the hair is bull shit.
@shnncrnll
@shnncrnll 8 жыл бұрын
Mary Hines your leg hair would have changed even if you didn't shave. I'm guessing you started shaving in your teens. So even though it looked like it was the razor making it thicker, it was your hormones. Cutting off hair that is dead wont change how your hair follicles work.
@ceryscooper8597
@ceryscooper8597 8 жыл бұрын
+Mary Hines you should try an epilator. it'll pull the hairs out from the roots (sounds kinda gross ngl lol) so the hairs will eventually grow back thinner

hey Stef! I know it's not the same but I had jaw surgery a few years ago because my upper jaw was small compared to my lower jaw. They moved my upper jaw forward and expanded it. So I have some experience with facial changes! I was super nervous before my surgery but I have to be honest, it's the best thing I've ever done. I still sometimes look in the mirror and expect to see my old face, which is a little spooky, but 10000000% worth it! I hope that your surgery goes really well when it happens, and that you love the results as much as I love mine! 💚

if i am remembering correctly, you had mentioned previously going to Thailand for the other surgery? I was just wondering why choose to go so far away where it will cost so much, when in Canada it's free? do we just have really crappy Doctors? which wouldn't surprise me, since I know some of the doctors around where I live are kind of terrible.

@kairishahad

The video Valerie mentioned isn't about SRS, it was about her (PrincessJoules') breast augmentation. The reason Stef is going to Thailand for her SRS is because Dr. Supporn uses a technique different than pretty much every other surgeon, in which instead of just inverting the penile skin he completely rearranges the tissue to create a 100% anatomically correct vagina. It's quite amazing; he even uses homologous tissue in the lining of the vaginal cavity.

Elective surgeries aren't free in Canada. Unless you need it for health reasons, you have to pay. At least with basic Health Canada coverage. Ex. If you have a mole and you want to get rid of it, if the doc thinks it could be cancerous, they'll remove it on the provincial health care dime and have it tested. However, if the doctor believes it is a "healthy" mole, you would need to pay to have it removed. Same goes for many cosmetic surgeries. Dysphoria isn't considered a valid physical medical condition which would qualify for provincial health coverage. :(

I'm not sure, but you have to consider that the skin on your legs is a lot tighter than that on your face, which could make epiletors less effective and more painful :S I don't know for sure, but I personally wouldn't recommend it

Lasts 3 weeks for me! It's actually less painful for me than waxing. Waxing makes me bleed because I have delicate skin and I don't have the guts to pull the strips off. But the epilating feels more like tattooing so I am ok with it after a couple minutes. And it's more effective than any other hair removal method I've tried... the only problem is that you really have to exfoliate often because I tend to get more ingrown hairs when the hairs get pulled out rather than shaved.

Stef, sweetie, how much sugar did you have before you shot this? So much energy! But it's cute :) I'm curious to see the results of FFS, because you are already so beautiful and adorable, I can't imagine you any different than you are now. But thats probably because my imagination isnt that good with picturing people... That being said, I'm totally behind you on this journey and I can't wait to see what the future brings :)

Stef, you are amazing! You seem to have a great understanding of what's going to happen to you during your surgery, and no unrealistic expectations. (BTW, the mandible reduction should make your cheeks look more full, I'd think). Its a big step and I don't blame you for being a bit nervous...surgery is, after all, SURGERY!!! Keep all of us fans in the loop, and I will be praying that you come out of it beautifully, as I'm sure a lot of others will too. Good luck and God bless you!

Oh Stef, I am SO excited for you! You sound so happy, you just glow. I think that all of your alterations are going to look great on you, and I can't wait to see the results. Good call on not getting the cheek implants, you totally don't need them. I already think you're flawless, but seeing you happy with yourself is the most important thing EVAH!

It's ok to be nervous and scared. I think preparing yourself mentally for the aching recovery pains in between pain medications is going to be the hardest part. Just remember to stay strong for yourself during the recovery period and listen to the doctors post op orders to a T. I am so happy for you and I don't even know you but I feel genuine glee in my heart for you. Thank you for sharing your story with the public. I learn from you every video you post. I'm not transgender, I'm a sis (?) woman that just wants to open her mind and learn and because I have a transgender cousin that's been on T for a year now that I love to bits and your videos help me understand him a bit more. Thank you

Stef, in regards to your jaw shape, I am a cis-gendered girl and I have a very strong jawline and small chin which I've inherited from my dad. As you can probably guess, he has very "masculine" features according to most people's standards. Well... What I'm trying to say is that it's not necessarily "masculine" or "feminine" to have a certain jaw shape - it's the combination of one's facial and bodily proportions that altogether determine whether one looks like a man or a woman. I hope you're not implying that it's an ugly feature. :-/

Dgmr She definitely does not have an intention to shame any women watching that have these features she dislikes. Since she's see herself more as a male physically than she has as a woman, she really wants to get rid of anything that'll resemble not feminine because it makes her feel more comfortable in her body. She doesn't like it on herself due to the strong desire to appear as feminine as she can, not because she believes any girl that has it is ugly.
