Hee Sven het racket ziet er super uit. Ik sta op het punt om de El jefe te kopen vanwege jouw enthousiasme. Is dit nu jouw favoriet of toch de El Jefe. Ik benieuwd waarom dat zo is.

Moeilijk de zeggen! De El Jefe is wel beter voor de meeste spelers omdat een veel makkelijker racket is. Als je controle nodig hebt dan is die Jefe top. Wil je meer power en kan je een diamant racket aan dan kan Fenix beter bij je passen

Hola Sven. I've been your fan for a while....I played with a female partner recently among men doubles and we lost tragically although we played quite alright. I have a question. If we don't have strong winners like strong smashes. And the opponents are more like tennis style so they pass the balls very hard which I find it difficult to place the ball into the angle/corner, what is the easiest way to win them? Or there is no way to win unless they made unforced errors? 😅😅

@@OtroNivelPadel oh. Thank you for your reply. We didn't take a vdo from that tournament. I recalled my partner was trying to play faster and we were not as fast as men or had the same reach as them because they are taller more or less. So I asked my partner to lob more so we could be at the net but then, we didn't have a good finishing point (we don't have good smash) and because the ball is rather fast. I found it hard to do placement which it could be an option to win. Moreover, if we didn't lob well, the opponents smashed us back as they are more tennis players' style...ah well. I felt so disappointed 😞 I couldn't sleep that night. Let say we played against 6 pairs. We won only 1 and lost the other 5 pairs 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

My current solution is to practise smash (til it becomes natural to me) and have stronger bandeja and vibora that guys can't take them lol Out of these 6 teams, I think 3 teams are better than us. The other 3 teams are not better padel players. They are quite tennis players but they made their ways to beat us quite far off like 6-3, 6-2, etc. Sigh....😭😭😭

Yes it does not make sense to play faster. Especially if they like fast games. I think you should focus on good lobs, high enough around the service line. And soft and low defense: when you accelerate, try a faster bandeja/vibora

Amigo, one of my many problems was listed here. Hitting my Viboras and Bandejas too hard. My coach asks, Mike why do you hit the ball so hard. I say Coach, I don’t know, I plan to hit 60% but then I actually hit at 90%, I can’t seem to stop myself. Help me Obi Wan Kenobi 🤣
