Funnily enough I never had a bf that I met irl 😆 My first bf I met on a page called habbo hotel which was not specifically for dating as you didn't even see what someone looked like or how old they were but it led to exchanging msn chat infos and meet ups. My second bf I followed on fb and IG since he had a fanpage and practiced professionally what I did as a hobby and again it just led to more eventually. But yeah never have i met someone seriously through a dating app. So I really don't know how people get into relationships by meeting others in real life or on dating apps...

Great advice on locations, Brittany. I study and workout in the same places and meet many women in those venues. I would add that guys who are working on their lives by getting educated, interested in literature, or lead a healthy life are attracted to the same in a woman. I kindly suggest doing more than showing up - Get Busy. Take a course like French or Art History if you want to attract those people into your life. Workout more than your cellphone when you're at the gym. If you're in B & N, grab a book and starting reading.

A few years back I worked part time at Walmart in addition to my day job. I was amazed that there was a lady as attractive as Brittany and much younger than I let me know many times that she was interested in me. There were several other ladies that let me know they were interested. I made no effort, I was only available. I did have a major flaw at the time, I was married. Today I am single and may try out Walmart again.

church yes street yes bookstore.......WHAT? I have never met a guy at a bookstore and I love going to book stores. I'm at Barnes & Nobles every other week getting a new book to add to my bookshelves. Why do persons rule out the fact that persons can also meet on KZbin ? Having conversation ( s ) with someone without seeing that person can also determine a lot about a person. I'm quite sure before video calls existed there were brief phone interviews before a face to face job interviews were scheduled.I strongly maintain that you don't have to meet personally with someone to have a good conversation or even end up sharing some connection..... unless personality doesn't count , just physical attraction.Seems there are far more infatuation these days than genuine love.

2:55 uh... no... well... I'm sure there are some men who "like that you don't have on makeup" at gym. But then there are those who admire it and PREFER IT, like me. I moved from l.a. to my current state. I was used to women being cute at the gym. Where I am now, it's rare. So I appreciate a woman showing that she cares. I apply gym appearance effort to "outside the gym" effort. All of these dating vids tell guys to "put effort into fixing up", "look cute because girls like that". Well, I try to do that even at gym and I'm only gonna look for the same. No way I'm comin swagged up and then approach a girl who look like she had to fight off wolves in the parking lot. Nope.

I'm born and raised L.A, and I laugh at people who go to the gym dressed up/ wearing makeup, and with their hair done. You are there first and foremost to work out. Also, wearing makeup while sweating is going to wreak havoc on your pores. I don't go to the gym to impress anyone, and it isn't a girl's job to look fantastic for men 24/7

I don’t disagree, but one fact is that good quality makeup is expensive to waste for non-events. Working out is a non-event where the makeup will be washed off after a brief period. That is an application of makeup that could have been used for work, a date night, a grocery haul, a brunch etc. One tube or pot of foundation will finish in twice the amount of time if applied twice a day. That is also not healthy for skin long-term. I wear tinted sunscreen, concealer, nude pink lipstick, diamond studs and sometimes “thicken” my brows for workouts. That’s about it. A full face of makeup is a waste of..expensive makeup. For women with problematic skin/uneven skin tones, they should invest in higher quality skincare and organic makeup so they can eventually get away with wearing less makeup. They should not be piling on foundation, blush and eyeshadow before a workout.

When I was in insurance at conventions they were all married men looking for that weekend affair !! Be careful of this !
