I once said "I feel safe around you" to a guy way before I had seen this video, not to impress him but genuinely. He snapped back at me saying I don't like women who look for safety in men. 🤣🤣🤣 What Matthew said might be true, but girls, please don't shower your compliments on someone who doesn't deserve it.

@Precious Moment I understand what you say..monogamy might not be natural...but the values that we have attached to our existence is what seperates us from base animals, our basic traits may be same.
@parinitaduttaroy44182 жыл бұрын
@Precious Moment I completely agree...but I also believe that some love may come and go...but once in a lifetime,you love someone so madly that it becomes very difficult for you to replace him/her with anyone else...however,life happens and you move on, but that person still can't be replaced. You mean all the best thing for the person and just accept the fact that they are no longer a part of your life. I hope you understand what I am saying.
@parinitaduttaroy44182 жыл бұрын
@Precious Moment the last thing that you said makes the most sense...noone is more important than yourself...if only we can work on building a stronger and more positive relationship with our own self, noone or nothing can stand stronger in comparison to that. I am lucky to have discovered that and build myself.

Can vouch for the "I feel so safe around you" phrase. My girlfriend told me this several times. It sends a very strong message. I have to mention in our case it is somewhat of a long distance relationship, but since the pandemic we have met regularly - we never had a single serious fight, perhaps 1 or 2 silly minor arguments that ended in a few minutes ; we've shared very intimate experiences (more than just sexual - like her inviting me to a religious commemoration of her father; her and her mother welcoming me into their home as one of their own; Christmas dinner and New Years spent together). I don't ever want us to have to break up. Ladies, listen to this man, his advice works 100%.

women arent fit to be life coaches, your lives are waaaaaaaay too easy , women dont understand the real struggle of life because they get given everything, they are born valuble they have to do nothing and they recieve love warmth sex and relationships without doing anything with zero efort from a wide range of men, men, like me who undrstand real loanliness real isolation who go out every weekend and get rejected by women all night every night for your entire lives, just rejection after rejection from everyone you love and like, until your reaching middle age are a virgin and will likely die alone having lived every single second alone struggling to get even a date for your entire life, that struggle that struggle to do everything right and finally get one woman, maybe, throught the fight of your fucking life, just to get a date, that, those rejections for decades makes you hard, it thickens your skin, it makes you humble, it makes you apreciate love for the real battle that it is, your just given everything, you dont undertand how hare life is how cruel it is how hard you need to fight ! you just sit on your fat lazy privelidged ass do literally fuck all and just collect everrything because you hit the jackpot and were born female you literally dont understand the full roundness of being a human, in effect your just spoilt privelidged people !

+mcpartridgeboy I see where youre coming from, and since Im still growing I have not been exposed to all of the harshness of life, so i wouldnt know how hard life can truly be, but being a girl isnt as easy as it seems. Sure it can have its advantage but I get so much unnecessary crap for being a girl, for being born this way. I have been told I cant do anything, that I wont be good enough just because I have an X chromosome instead of a Y. Its alittle hard on a person whenever theyre denied of something just because they were born that way. Now i know some women get everything they want, but thats just because of the person they are, not necessarily bcuz of their gender. The bodies of guys build up alot faster than women, just because of how nature is, which discourages working constantly for a goal which men can achieve quicker. Women are also held to stupid standards like being lady like and 'pretty'. We all have our sets of problems, and no one truly has it easy. Except those lucky few born into royalty or to rich parents, and even they have problems. Its just my opinion though, so sorry If I offended anyone! also sorry for writing an essay i got carried away..
@mcpartridgeboy7 жыл бұрын
Naaa everyone gets told they cant do anything, thats just shit comprehensive education ! and women do better in education than men, but its all a massive side issue, getting told you cant achieve is insainly less bad than living every second alone dying alone without ever having the chance of a family of love of a relationship of even holding another human being, all those shitty little insignificat woman problems are utter trivial nonscence, they are non issues compared to living and dying alone and i know this because a womans worst fear is living orever alone, and they are right to fear it, its hell on earth, women dont say their worst fear is being told they cant achive as much as men, by the way thats not said anymore but even if it was its utter insignificant rubbish ! Yeah dont kid me, ive been denied a happy life ive been denied love, lets role change here, im a woman your a man, now if i came to you and took away all your love you ever recieved if i took away your life long partner if i took away every single cuddle and nice words youve had if i took away your children if i took away your dignity if i took away all your family if i made you die alone, if i replaced all those beutiful feelings you have had and definatly will have with pain misery frustration isolation depression guilt self hate misery if i took your sanity that you lost because you needed to hold another human but all you got for decade after decade of rejections from all women all the time, if i took all that away from you and i had all that without doing or saying anyhing with zero efoprt and i said to you my life is hard as a woman because some men told me i cant achieve what would you do ? would you really think men and women both have it about as hard ? Women are so fucking privelidged you CANNOT understand the hell were in just because i was born a man ! you CANNOT, i you had any idea whatever how insainly bad it is being a man you wouldnt trype silly little trivial shit like being told you cant achieve something, you just would know you have it insianly easy and you wouldnt complain ! sadly you dont understand, no woman ever does so you all moan about idiotic little crap while some men are in utter despair about never having anyone ever ! Yeah true we all have our set problems ive lost my sanity and im a twisted mangled wreck of a human with an insaine burn mark on my soul were ive grown up with nothing but rejection and isolation, ill die alone without ever knowing love and you have to act like a woman sometimes, even though you dont ! good point were about equal id say ! fuck me, women have it so fucking piss fucking easy if only i only had your shitty little crap worries to have, dont forget a lot of men get told they cant achive too, but thats such a minour side issue compared to the important stuff like sanity love and family all of wich just get given to you without you dpoing fuck all, your life is utter paradise, the fact that you have to make up such trivial problems is proof women have it discustingly fucking piss easy and men have it so insainly, hard, its so impossible to just get adarte ive lost my mind from loanliness ! its awful beyond words i need to hold someone so badly and i still cant i still get rejected by all women all the time i just need to hold a woman, im going mad, ive been trying to get a date for 23 years now and still all i get is rejections !this is the life of a man, compared to you who can go iut and within 5 mins have more than everything ive ever wanted and worked my entire life for and youget it without making any effort, from multiple people whenever and werever you want, this power gap is outrageous NOTHING should be that easy for women and that insainly hard for men, never mind tghe very most important thing on the plannet ! its sick as fuck you habve it so fucking piss easy you hit the fucking jacpot, you have everrything i want given to you and ive worked all my life and havent got anything but pain and a special hell thats reserved for men only i cannot tell you how insainly jelous i am of you !

This is great and it applies to a woman’s logic as well. A lot of women are used to physical compliments, and a lack of originality from men, so they can easily appreciate why saying something more earnest is perceived as more meaningful and stands out. Saying something or even asking for help or for something I’ve always found was beneficial with my husband. I would compliment him in the request itself, ex: “My love I need your big strong arms to help me open this please.” That always make him feel good and I get what I need at the same time.

Ladies, One thing I have found that helps me fall for someone is if you can also enjoy silence together. We really enjoy "hearing you" with your body language. Like reaching over and grabbing his hand after he's done shifting gears onto the freeway, or touching his back while he handles a stove or grill. Or going behind him in his office chair and kissing the top of his head while touching his chest. Anything to let your man focus on what he's doing while also sprinkling a little bit of your presence in the moment. When my girl comes in while I'm working and is wearing her perfume and just gives me a kiss, taking a break to kiss her more moves to the top of my list, no matter how busy.

I listened to Matthew's videos for years it feels like and one day it just clicked! This guy knows what he's doing and his advice has been amazing. (By the way he didn't pay me to say this :) ) I've started to realize not a lot of success stories come back to post, and I always told myself I would once I "got the guy". Because of him, and a few other youtube dating advice channels I now have finally found a man who loves and RESPECTS me and I was able to do it all without really trying. As a guy, some of these lines feel so cheesy to me. The only way to attract a guy is to have a loving, caring, smart, funny and most importantly, a genuine personality. Being true to yourself is so important, and if you have to fake your personality to attract him, then he isn't the right man for you. I personally find it a big turn on when a girl stays genuine about who she is. Trust me, a good genuine personality is so attractive, and it helps you find the right mate. Edit: This comment is more than 2 years old, so kindly stop replying to it.

@@hhhoneycomb Cuteness or beauty fades away in long term relationships, all that matters is a good personality. Given the choice: I would much rather marry a 6/10 girl with a good personality as opposed to a 9/10 girl who ill treats people, thinks the world revolves around her and is not a nice person in general. If I can get an 8/10 girl with a good personality then that will be a bonus, but I don't feel like I deserve that kind of girl as she'd be completely out of my league.

When you Awaken a man's Soul, that's how you know he will be more deeply connected to you emotionally as well as spiritually and mentally. Men aren't as emotional as women, but more practical sometimes. But if you Awaken & intrigue his Soul & Mind, you will have the keys to his Heart. Believe that. From my own experience. That feeling protected is really important to women, I think. And the way that works is it is so crucial for the man we choose to be with and who chooses us, to be able to protect us not only physically (and it's not about being super strong, but just the willingness and the courage and the desire to fight for our safety), but also emotionally and socially, I guess. Just saying something however subtle to someone who is not being nice, that is what really counts in the end.
@lionheart91288 жыл бұрын
This is true info. If you confide in the guy he'll gain confidence. I've seen people turn around 180 degrees from unconfident to confident. Principle in psychology: people believe what they are told they are. Trust me on that. But more importantly, while women look for reliability, men look for beauty. just improve your looks as much as you can (and i've seen both genders shoot from 3's to 9's) and it's game over, you win.

This guy's first advice is WRONG. You're absolutely right with your first instinct. Complimenting a man's clothes or style is platonic as fuck. It does not necessarily convey an interest in him. It can be perceived as interest in his CLOTHES. Especially shy guys will assume exactly this rationalization. Do the opposite of what the video said. Compliment something the man was born with, because that's the thing he can never change. His eyes, smile, hair, instincts, brain, arms, shoulders, butt, legs, feet, hands, and so on. When you compliment something hereditary and unchangeable it tells the person that your attraction is directed at something intrinsically part of them, that it's permanent, and that won't change no matter what clothes they're wearing. It's perfectly good to compliment something that he CHOSE, but unless the guy is particularly into fashion, he probably doesn't place a lot of pride in his sense of style anyway. Most of us would be content wearing a potato bag if it were acceptable. Maybe hereditary compliments don't mean anything to the supermodel in the video because he probably gets them all the time in his line of work. But to every other guy those compliments are more meaningful and impossible to misinterpret. Also guys naturally place a higher importance on physical beauty than women do because evolution. Men project their own inflated value of physical beauty onto women, so when you compliment his body he thinks it means more than you would think he thinks.
@jazzmeanie7 жыл бұрын
That compliment dose really work!! I remember my first relationship, and I told him when we hold hands it makes me feel safe. His reaction surprised me, he kept saying that was the cutest thing he has ever heard, and at the time I didn't understand why he was saying that. I was just being honest.

Hi Matt, thank you.You are spot on! I have a history of not being safe when I was growing up.My bf and I have talked about this a lot.Nothing makes us both feel better, than when he wraps his strong arms around me and I tell him how safe I feel when I am with him.Giving compliments from the heart is a win-win for both individuals, makes for a great connection.

Great tip. You are so right! That's what I do and how my husband and past relationships fell in love with me. But it's really just the natural way I am. I don't think about it. I just speak the truth and see and appreciate what makes people unique. I listen to what matters to them on a deep level and I support and uplift them in a way that is fulfilling and meaningful to them.

That is so beautiful. Thank you for being such an appreciative person and being open to learning from others and speaking from the heart. It says a lot about how much of a beautiful person you are inside and out! Thank you for sharing this wonderful message from the heart :)

I love this! Especially the 'going deeper' aspect of complimenting. 100% helpful. One thing I found especially funny - one time a guy I was attracted to used the line, "I feel so safe around you!" to me (absolutely melted my heart) and later told me he noticed I'm have a prominent masculine side (in comparison to other females). This I took as a HUGE compliment! I've been working on balancing my masculine and feminine energies. I love the practicality of your content - I'm less keen on the false dichotomy between "men" and "women." I understand your niche must be heterosexual, monogamous women (huge-ass market) - I'd love to see more around the masculine and feminine ENERGIES, both of which every human contains. :) Great content!

I second this suggestion. 100%. This guy's surface-level advice ("say this, say that") is as bad as the surface-level manosphere Game stuff. We're literally designed to find women attractive unless we're gay or hormonally impaired. If you have to pander for our attention, you're going to end up in a social situation with a man that will waste your precious time and emotions
@tedbragg745 жыл бұрын
@II Elizagail II Yep. Just come out and say it to him, ALONE, person-to-person. That shows you respect him. If he responds in kind, that's great. If he doesn't respond favorably, you're dodging a bullet. It's a win-win for you, either outcome! Go for it!
@JustCallM3Karma4 жыл бұрын
I as a woman, agree with this. My husband and I have been married for 13 years, and I’m a very direct person (as many people have put it, I have no filter 😂). He loves when I’m direct with him and what I want from him or for us. He doesn’t like when I beat around the bush.
