that was so useful in os1 but ice seems to be kinda less useful on os2 from my experience, alltho i havent used ice alot but yeah still a useful tip but its not a thing that wasnt explained as crafting recipies are supposed to be found out about.

if you use fanes transformation mask on the well in the tower of braccus rex you can get extra loot from it! and the entire party can wear the mask so you can get 4x4 purple items from the well

chicken claw+rupture tendons. Enemies can only move around while chickened (and will move their max movement each turn while transformed). Rupture tendons will make them bleed with each step. Btw you got it wrong. Water+Fire causes steam, which removes burning but doesnt block vision. Smoke (which blocks vision) is only created when fire surfaces are extinguished.

elwendyr of ys I was using the controller to play so the waypoints is in the start menu and I saw it there but didn’t figure there would be an options menu in the start menu that would also interact with gameplay... not enough buttons on the controllers for a game like this

the first one is amazing .. but this one is a whole new world a lot better .. i suggest playing both but if u dont want to u can just straight start up to dos2 .. as far as the story's goes ur not missing much except some references and some important characters.. from dos

its a fantastic game but the first one has some annoyances mainly with mass crowd control and really shitty accuracy system where you miss alot unless you invest points in, accuracy is mainly only a problem in the early game tho. Divinity 2 is fantastic gameplay and story wise and i prefered its story over divinity os1 but you will miss alot of refrences if you dont read up on divinity os1 or read its story/lore. if you have 1-3 friends to play with i would recommend the game if you like turn based strategic combat.

If two of your characters have teleport you can transport your party though locked gates and many otherwise inaccessible areas.

There are some early level gloves to be found with the teleport skill. All you need to do is teleport one person,give the gloves to that one and he will teleport you.

chicken claw + rupture tendrils = fun! also fill up barrels with stuff to make them heavy and telekinesis on enemies :) or even a barrel of deathfog will oneshot any living boss

have you played through the game? then ofc you have seen most of these (how did you miss the bless part?! if you ever bless in fight, there's a big chance there's something on the floor) yeah, after a playthrough you'll have realised most of these by stumbling upon them. but all the surface combos are just trial and error, either you find them, or you don't. waypoints are apparently not as intuitive with a controller. thievery and racial skills are only really explained if you use them bedrolls and barrel-traps are exploiting the game, often feel like cheating. chicken claw is secretly OP because charm is even stronger, but bosses aren't affected by it even if they aren't "immune to charmed", whereas chicken claw (apparently, i haven't tried it on modern patches) affected all non-immune enemies

So far my favorite build which is working out with battle cleric with healing as a tank, thats lohse. red prince is knight, the lone wolf guy is rogue. My guy is elf bow user, totem maxing warfare and summoning. 2 into necromancer for well if you have questions just ask.

the bedroll doesnt allways fully heal you, i dont think. it heals alot but ive had a couple times where my insanely high hp tank used bedroll and he wasnt healed fully, and no he was not debuffed in any way but im not sure if it simply was a bug. Also chicken form is definitely atleast slightly explained in the description, and before anyone says about the immunities with enough loremaster you can see every stat a monster has by examining them. But the examining of monster is infact a thing that was never explained to my knowledge but is rather straight forward to figure out, but still would fit the list. Alltho examining may be harder to figure out if you are playing with a controller.
