That diptyque roses 🌹 candle you posted i actually have and its AMAZING. You hit with the cocktail 🍸 bar. Im working on getting my home cocktail bar up to par. I need to update my bedding 🛌. I would agree with all of your points here, but... don't overdo it! From memory (I've been with the same woman for 20 years), women like to walk into a man's home and visualise how they could improve his life in some way. If everything is too perfect then they may think that you are don't need / aren't interested in letting a woman into your life. However, having a pleasant, clean and comfortable environment with no nasty smells or too much mess is always a good idea!
