I have a friend who’ll be 74 this month. He lost his wife in 2021. Several months later he started talking to young (20s) women as they worked. Not in a pick-up way. He is just friendly. But he does throw in a flirty line when an opening presents itself. After a number of friendly encounters he asks if he could take out for dinner or a ball game. Then back to his place.
