Not trying to sound like a tea snob but Ceremonial Grade Matcha straight from Japan 🇯🇵 honestly changed my entire mindset and physical life … extremely powerful in health benefits… there is not a word in human history that I could use that can describe matcha and how it can change your life ❤❤❤

It sucks how Ceremonial Matcha is so rare in local stores. The Ceremonial Matcha I see in stores only come in small packets. While the Latte and Culinary grade come in large containers. You pretty much have to buy them online.

Please disregard my old post from 7 days ago! That comment was meant for another matcha Green Tea video! How I sweeten my matcha tea is by simply using raw honey. I like to use the raw cranberry honey from a brand called Harvey's Honey. It has so many health benefits and actually boots up the antioxidant levels of the matcha latte. I use a plant based milk called soy milk it's super delicious 😋 if people want to sweeten their matcha naturally, raw honey is the way to go go go go

Thanks for sharing this! Yes I think soy milk is very good even though there are so many other types of milks out now. Have you tried our latte matcha yet? One of them sold out because it was so popular but we still have the other: nioteas.com/collections/matcha-latte-powder

So... you recommend that matcha be made with water heated to temperatures between 160°F to 175°F. 175°F roughly equals 79°C. However, you later stated that the tea be made with water at 85°C, which is 185°F. So, which is it? Granted, I prefer making it at 79°C (175°F), as it has always worked well for me, but I'm curious as to why you recommend brewing it at a slightly higher temperature.
@Nioteas Жыл бұрын
85 degrees Celsius would be too hot. If I said that in the video it was a mistake. I will have to go back and check
@Swordsage Жыл бұрын
@@Nioteas It was said towards the end, during the tip about deciding between Usucha and Koicha. No biggie about the mistake. The other tips were solid, and a lot of your other videos helped me out with picking and properly making matcha. Your video on using a gaiwan vs a teapot was also really interesting. You put out a lot of good information on your channel.

It might not do much to protect you fully, but having matcha on an empty stomach is the best thing for your health. Maybe a healthy breakfast with your matcha? I highly recommend making chia seed pudding with coconut milk and strawberries. And to make a really good matcha, you want to get coconut milk. Get well soon❤

I have endometriosis. I don't know whether matcha stops it or not. I will experiment but below food should be stopped to shrink /control your cyst . 1. Soya/tofu- they create more estrogen in the body and is really bad for ovarian cysts and endometriosis. You can google and check it's study on it. There is alot of them 2. Red meat - it has a lot of fat - not good for controlling your symptom 3. Unsaturated fat - especially the ones you find in processed food.

Not true! Quality matcha does not taste like grass.
@isabellagrnneskov35374 ай бұрын
@@FM-ij7iuI agree. Good matcha is actually very sweet and have no bitterness. The first matcha I bought was a 5$ bag from eBay. It tastet bitter, way too earthy and was just an unpleasant experience. The next matcha I bought was a premium one from China. I was told the quality wasn’t as good as the japanese ones, but it had a bright green colour, was sweet (no sugar needed), no bitterness and had a very round taste. Next time I would like to try a cermonial grade matcha 😁
