11 Which is the most important step in the risk process?

Surely the most important step is to identify risks, right? But what about prioritising them properly? Or developing good risk responses? Or perhaps all the steps are important?

Dr when you do risk analysis you check the degree of every risk that are being identified and their impact before you deal with them,am I correct?

Yes, this is important so that we know how important each risk is, before we decide how to address it. If we don't do this, then there is a danger that we send time responding to risks that are not very important, and that we don't pay attention to the most important ones. We must prioritise the risks before planning responses, and deal with the highest-priority ones first.
