People who are blaming the victim for having a gun under her mattress. I would think it hadn’t even entered her head that her own daughter would kill her with it. She was frightened of her ex which is why she kept it handy. Having a gun doesn’t not mean you’re safe, often that’s the very weapon you’re killed with. RIP.

it's a way of solving a case easier. you get your answers - they get a shorter term than if they're convicted by the jury if they claim not guilty for example. if it wasn't for plea deals, many people wouldn't testify.

Most cases like this involving children murdering their parents are the result of abuse. As soon as I heard that this girl had been self-harming, I knew this girl is in mental agony. Those parents probably made some terrible parenting mistakes. It doesn’t make what happened ok, but it explains it. I hope everyone involved gets proper mental help.

I do think that one thing that many people are not taking into consideration while watching this video is the prevalence of drug induce psychosis, especially in our new age of THC products. Marijuana is significantly more potent now than before, and this has led to an increase of drug induced psychosis. I don't have an opinion on whether or not this was the case, however I still think it is important to consider.

Without a doubt she knew what she was doing and should be prosecuted. But her age baring in mind makes one wonder what contributed to her doing this. The reality is it is scientifically proven that between 1-7 your life experience and upbringing contributes towards who you become. No one is born like this. There is always deeper questions!

Op haar leeftijd zijn sommigen theatraal qua uitingen. En zij voldoet daaraan (naar mijn inziens), kijk hoe ze naar de psychiater kijkt. Het zal mij niet verwonderen dat ze er vaker over heeft nagedacht om haar moeder iets aan te doen. Maar nu komt ze er achter dat ze haar vingers flink heeft gebrand.
