A 3 bedroom apartment outside of Manhattan you can get by $875-1000 per room. But you also get a bathroom, kitchen and living room. This $1100 apartment is very expensive per foot. This would be a $11k a month apartment if it was full size.

@What am I doing hey no considering the size of his apartment and that I live in CT and many poeple travel the distance from New York to here unless thier in the boondocks in New York wich is around 3 hours by looking at the surroundings I can be assured he's not so no I'm not going to pay* for him I think he'll be fine moving an hour away taking a few trips if needed and renting a moving truck (unlikely he has too considering the size of he's apartment) the pay off is considerable he'd be paying what 300 ish to move? And listen the size of an apartment isn't great for 1100 here but you can get a roommate too and you'd be in a 1000 square feet plus house and prob pay around 800 each. Or get 5 times the Sq feet for 1100. So yeh I'd deff say it's worth For job availability he looks healthy their's plenty here labor and non. Also I'm sure he could save up the money too if you really wanted to move hustle get another part time job The pay off just seems so worth it from living I'm a shoe box to living like a human bieng.

Like yeah I can get how great the social aspects are but so is being able to save enough to get into a hobby, go on a trip, aren't forced into a minimalist lifestyle, etc, etc. The financial aspects are always what kills the idea of ever moving to a large city like NYC for me.

Turn the bed the other way and you can fit your fit comfortably. You’ll have room for an end table under the shelf. Make a narrow, high dresser under that shelf for more storage, seasonal clothes.
