I’ve rebuilt a few of these Chinese motors and still this day I don’t understand why they have the gear sensor screw so tight you need a screw impact driver to get it off! All of them are the same!

Hey man ur vids are really informative, thanks for posting. I have a problem on my atv motor. For the timing chain and sprocket, i odnt know why, but for some reason when reassembling, the chain is now too short to reach the bolt holes for the sprocket for the camshaft

I have a semi auto 110, I want the buy the manual 125 with electric start and kick start, I found a cheap priced motor but it has reverse. Can you just swap the clutch pack with a straight 4 speed to remove the reverse?

No you need to change gear box

Question. Just got a similar motor taken apart in a box someone gave me. I need to know what fluids go in it.. I’m pretty sure it will be a 10/40 but it’s a 4 speed. Is there a “trans” fluid?

Jeff Brady no just engine oil 10/40 should be fine has it only go one fill hole ?

why was all of the oil in the firing area? bad rings or something? seems a bit heavy.

It had been sat for a few years oil was really thick and on of the rings was stuck

Hi i have a question It is possible that a 110cc cylinder could be put in a 90cc engine It is for a kazuma 90cc atv But I would like to put a 110cc cylinder on it You think the parts are compatible

Possibility but u would need a bigger piston and would need a bigger carb too also would have to measure the exhaust port to see if kazuma pipe will fit hope it goes well you will have to let me no how it performs if u get it done 🤙

Hey man what kind of bolt goes and hold the rubber piece in that the chain goes around than goes to the cam just got one of these and it's missing that bolt and I'm redoing the gaskets on it idk what that rubber piece is called lol ? What does it do?

@@ScottsShed it's the cam chain tensioner bolt that goes into the rubber wheel for chain tensioner on cam gear tensioner

@@ScottsShed yea that has to be it bc the middle of the rubber wheel is smaller so that holds it in place it goes on before the cam gear mine was just sitting in there which probably won't hurt anything but I tried to order it he doesn't ship to Ohio lol one more question lol on the cylinder and head by the 4 studs you got the little dowel pins or guide pins to hold and match up the studs than there's another circle next to it little larger in diameter rubber seals go there what's them called I also need them lol but man I bought a whole truck load of quads engins and just misc parts for 40$ lol so figured I'd need few things
