Germany is not a utopia either. With recent trends in immigration, one should be cautious and thoughtful before deciding to move here. Sooner or later, Germany might face the same challenges as countries like Canada or the UK, with rising sectarian and ethnic tensions among Indian communities. We may see Haryanvi versus Punjabi protests similar to those in Australia, "Bulldozer rallies" like in California, or conflicts between Indians and Pakistanis, or even high-caste versus low-caste disputes. These are essentially the same issues many of us hoped to leave behind, yet they may start surfacing here. I recently came across a video of fellow Indians creating chaos on a bus during Navratri, banging and singing loudly, showcasing a lack of basic civic sense. This kind of behavior only exacerbates the problems we unintentionally bring with us. Additionally, I have noticed a growing resentment toward Indians among Westerners, and this sentiment seems to be gradually increasing. Germany’s healthcare system, despite being promoted as "free for all," has significant shortcomings. Finding a specialist or receiving a proper diagnosis can take years-yes, years, and this is not an exaggeration. The quality of medical care can often feel underwhelming, with many doctors appearing inexperienced. In contrast, in India, you can consult top-tier doctors within a day or two if you have the means. My point is this: India is not as bad as it is often portrayed. In India, you are respected and cherished within your family and community, you live close to your loved ones, and your life can be far more content. In fact, it is arguably one of the best places to live if you have sufficient financial resources. That being said, this depends on not being born in certain backward, polluted, and socially regressive regions like Haryana, Kashmir, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, or Bihar.

good points made here, if one person goes to germany must consider that requires a deep connection with the country to live there.....many indians go to study and then return due to no jobs.......indian health care is good but not rewarding enough so my plan is to go abroad and learn the culture there......also afd won in a place in germany so it might bring immigration in control but a long way to go

Indian hospitals are actually good and thats the reason why the medical tourism is booming in India. Why are europeans and US citizens coming to India for treatment in medical tourism?. Plus we have medical insurance in India plus its not that high cost in all Indian hospitals. Plus Fortis hospitals should file a case against this person for spreading falsehood. My mother got a bypass surgery in Fortis Hospitals and it was all perfect. In Germany the wait times are enormously long like 3-4 months even for a heart ailment. Fortis hospital consultation for a doctor is about maximum Rs 1000. We have seen how in europe during covid patients were made to sleep on road for even critical patients due to long waiting times in europe.

Yes, you can travel with your mother to Germany on a tourist visa while you hold a study visa. It's common for parents to worry about their children studying abroad, especially in a new country. Letting the student manage their routine, studies, and finances independently is crucial for personal growth and adapting to life in Germany.
