Thanks for making this podcast.so this is what I have learnt. My key learnings 1. What is the listening I am speaking into? he says, is the question every speaker should ask themselves over and over? 2.Importance of listening 3.Importance of speaking 4.RASA-Receive, Appreciate, Summarize, Ask. (know the context and use them wisely) 5.Content-Delivery-Love 6.Seeing speaking as a gift is a paradigm shift for me. 7.Listening is so underrated in this era.
