Thank you for the message in this audiobook! It reminds me when I attracted my ex back, books from Lentlish helped me a ton!

their are few rules I've discovered from personal experience 1. talk less than you speak 2. while communicating don't show dependancy 3. the more you spend in others the more lightly they are going to take you 4. your absence is more stronger than your presence 5. I've shown alote of empathy, all i ended up with was being exhausted and hurted and they are good on their own. 6. don't be reluctant to response 7. prioritize yourself and show how much you mean for yourself with actions than words

I notice that managers who are less empathetic are more successful and managers who are more empathetic are taken advantage of by their employees.

Key point to remember is whether the other person is still able to value us, if we are not in that position or status.. will we be treated equals, high or low..That brings out personal value to the equation beyond what title or status can offer us.

so the key seems to have interest in other people's feeling and to show more empathy, caring about other people in their aspects of life, not only work-related stuff. and I think that's exactly my problem. I don't really have interest in other people. I don't care. Can't we just be profesional without the need to care or bond emotionally?

What exactly has been repeated? I think I couldn't catch the key idea.. I thought there would be some general patterns of speech that help me communicate.
