i read the first comment "incredibly insightful conversation "wonderful. especially about the stigma in recovery for people addicted to alcohol and drugs or what ever the debilitating habit has control over there lives can experiencing problems with or need sleeping tablets ,prescription medication ect along there path i do believe.in recovery you will gain awareness that if negative consequences arise because of this, these things can be taken on also ,the lads rightly pointed out that everyone's journey is different and the journey out of it will be different . the pain is the same . but to feel ostracized can be difficult for people . Your dissertation will make interesting reading Joanne and well done on your own path wonderful story .

Good podcast lads, one worry I have, just putting it out there, young people dabbling watching this might think, fuck that, their all doing grand, the heroin sounds like the BEST drug, I'll have a go of that, and I'll be grand too, just making ye aware of my thoughts,
