@@deborahchesser7375 It’s a restomod and me personally I’d much rather have a modern drivetrain/engine than what it came with stock. From the factory these were great work trucks on the farm but too slow/uncomfortable for highway use. Upgrading the engine/drivetrain/suspension makes this a much better vehicle than what it ever was factory new.

Just the interior (metal dashboard, closeness of the doors, and no place for airbags) the government would never allow them to 'recreate' this experience. And look at what Commiefornia is doing with regard to the old vehicle restoration industry as a result of Kevin Hart's restomod 'Cuda,,, Kevin ostensibly, lets someone drive his 800 to 1000hp promodded Cuda,,, WHOMEVER was actually on the wheel,,, didn't possess the skillset to handle the car,,, they wreck it. Then, the commie influenced government of Commiefornia, starts rattling their legal sabre, proposing that anyone who restores or modifies an old vehicle, has to install all the safety restraints that have been engineered into vehicles in all the years since the vehicle was initially built. Yeah,,, THAT'S practical. This old truck, is an example of real bare knuckle manhood. They were built by people who knew how to make a truck as tough as the places it could go and the work it would do. The factory has no connection to those times anymore. Too many lawyers, politicians, and participation trophies have been introduced to society. Get one of these,,, and it won't be long before you will be on a government watchlist, redflagged for engaging in 'wrongthink'. There's a reason Grizzly Adams went so far away after he finished with civilization. These weren't available back then!!!!
