Bhaiya that's why I have started to eat healthy and keep myself healthy..so before I use to eat a pav in my breakfast like daily 4 to 3 pav with any sabji egg bhurji missal pav etc .. but than o realise that it's not at all good as now.i.have time for myself why not use it wisely so back than I made promise to myself ki abse no pav..so on 17-07-24-17-08-24 I didn't eat pav the whole month(still didn't).…so I use to make any pratha with myself phele aapne ek prathake hisaabse dough banaya fir ghar me jo bhi sabji hoti aalu gobhi ki meethi ki sabka paratha banaya fir kabhi no vegetables than onion paratha besan ka chilaaa aur poha Banaya... so over all great experience... And now itook na challenge.. of having protein Breakfast so i make soya Chucks bhurji ms eat... acha lagta hai...and even I feel internally happier one more thing..roz roz ek hi breakfast khake you don't feel bored to be honest. Ulta aur acha lagta. # personal experience
