Hi Ramya, you look flawless I read Stop weighting and I loved it! I keep suggesting people about it. It is so relatable and your history as we have seen you growing up while we were growing up too. Now just feels so close to you though we have never met before. I am currently bed ridden due to an accident and a surgery, but at least I am self driven to get back up when it's time. Recently have been watching the videos of Glucose Goddess, simply awesome and read a book on healthy kids by Rujuta Diwekar from India. It will be great if TRS gets more of fitness coaches for its audience to get more takeaways, and thank you for existing, being here too, Ramya!
