We may all rest assured, that when we turn from our lawlessness, we will have forgiveness 😊

Thank you for this compact teaching, making it straightforward to follow and not too long that the mind can become overwhelmed. Shabbat shalom brothers and sisters. Looking forwards to the next minor prophet teaching...what a great idea! In my opinion...there are no major or minor prophets...a prophet is a prophet and all have important messages. Amen 🙌

They're only classified as major or minor depending upon the length of the book, not the importance of the prophet.

Amen. The Lord Jesus is perfectly righteous, so He is slow to wrath but will exact His holy vengeance against all sins and ungodly sinners. His wrath is matched by His grace, which is an escape route from His indignation to Heaven, only if you repent.

hmm...wonder why there is a persistent thought; Did we miss your thoughts of the Judiasm and their committement to keep the feasts...about the footsteps of ha mashiach coming with the good news~perhaps keeping the feast would be considered a more complete message of the Good News!

Complete difference between Israel and Nineveh, only Israel given Torah… Therefore only Israel could sin against יהוה. Nineveh simply had to repent from oppressing the people of יהוה or they would be destroyed, they did this for only a generation. No where does the text imply that Nineveh should stop sinning, they could not turn back to Torah, they were never given Torah to turn back to! Nothing in scripture suggests that the people of Nineveh would take part in the world to come and receive the ultimate salvation. Salvation from the penalty of sin is for Israel only.
