His behavior is so disgusting. It mirrors how Fani behaved on the stand as well. I don't understand how the judge didn't reprimand his behavior. Absolutely unprofessional. His defense seemed to be, "I didn't know what that was, and I wasn't going to look it up or ask anyone what it meant." Contradictions included: I won't email you. Then later - I emailed you. Being unhappy when "you" is used as a collective term for the division, but then him using "I" as a collective for his division.

I disagree with your opinion because if he only required to answer yes or no without explaining it just makes the state look stupid. Also it is unfair in any case for witness not to speak freely! It is unfair for a person to ask questions to make you look like an ass! Also they will try twist questions and statements to make you look guilty. I believe some answers should be explained. No witness should agree to anything that is asked because the person asking question is only looking out for their best interest.

I slightly disagree. It isn't believe able that someone in his position would be this lazy (seemingly to me) or not know what certain phrases mean (re-branding or promotional material). Im not sure I Want to be believe that he is that ignorant (not as an insult but as the definition) or has zero desire to understand a term and then just say, "I don't understand the phrase, therefore it must mean we don't have any documents."
