Lot of 90's design choices in the decor - very interesting place. (Thanks, Angel for tipping you off!) Nice that the place is still so untouched by vandals - it would make a cool venue for events like weddings or big parties. I know a lot of folks make fun of the old corded landlines (at least here in the US) but one thing in their favor is that they still function after the power has been knocked out. (At least until the telecom switching facility loses power) I've kept one partly to show my kids "ancient technology" and partly to have when a hurricane hits as cell towers are also subject to Nature's destruction.

This was filmed a while ago Ren, location got leaked on TikTok and has since been trashed. Exactly right about traditional phones, feels like a lifetime ago now hey!

Geelongs never really had much, and anything good tends to be red hot...they don't mess around there. Your best bet is to just explore Melbs man, constant stream of awesome ones. You've got one of Australias best regions for bando's on your doorstep.

As much as I like the place, I have to agree. Developers tend to pay whatever it takes to secure land over their fellow bidders.

The house itself, Definitely not. The land it's on however is worth low estimates of 9m to high of 13m
