If your car is BMW X5 X6 CIC (made in 2011-2013 with CIC system, LVDS = 4 PIN), then choose the car type as "CIC", then will be fine.

I need help please when I try listen music from KZbin watch videos or use my Bluetooth only right side of speakers for on my 2010 x6m it’s strange radio FM all speakers work first I thought it was my use aux Jack I test another one I’m having same problem

If you have chosen the “AUX” in original menu , then go to android menu and watch KZbin video , it also have original radio FM work first ?

The FM radio works perfectly fine all speakers when I use Bluetooth CarPlay or watch movie KZbin only right side works it’s strange

It mainly check two places: 1) check the AUX cable connection, to reconnect it, AUX have R, L, and GND, you need to plug it fully to the AUX Jack. 2) Check the audio filter box , there is a video , you can watch it from 7:58 kzbin.info/www/bejne/Z6TCaqOAgKaAsJYsi=kiCkgo8j386N0ewq @@bimmerlife5452

Tengo el mismo y no hay sonido en el aux del coche sólo sale opción de Aux/rear la radio FM del coche si funciona pero las apps de android no suenan sólo se reproducen los vídeos pero sin sonido solo puedo poner Aux/ rear todo está conectado incluso el aux del reposabrazos.
