My late Grandmother had a 5C, was a really nice phone for the time period. She loved it because it was small and easy to use. Ended up being given to on of her Great-Grandchildren after she passed away and he used it for a few more years.

I installed it and now it turns on but only until the Apple logo with a dark green line in the middle, and then it turns off by itself. What could it be? I have a green 5c that unfortunately has many problems The battery 🔋won't hold a charge, the screen is cracked and sometimes glitches out, the lightning charging port is kinda wonky, the casing is cracked by the power button, and the screen is kinda bulging out so I can pull it out a little bit. I wish you could repair it, but it will be a long trip to send the iPhone from my home to your home so you can restore it, in fact my account was made on this 5c!

Bad screen have problem with rotation and brightless aswell. when my phone wax fixed with bad battery, guy who was replacing it broke screen..and i was so happy that for free i got new screen, but it wasnt for long, becase i realize later that rotation is not working at all only portraye mode.

For that activation lock asking you to sign in to the iTunes Store also happened to my iPad 2 which I accidentally connected it to the internet because it was iCloud locked and did that same thing but the account that it was locked to was my brother’s old account and it asked me to sign in to my sister’s account for the iTunes Store

Zoltán Béres its for the compass chip right next to it. Its a MEMS magnetometer, and of course, a ferromagnetic screw will interfere with that. Thats why the standoff screw is made off stainless steel, and the metal plate, and screw is made of aluminum. And as you might have seen, the guy in this video totally misplaced the screw. The rest of the screws inside this phone is made out of the good old steel
