I've got all the perks, and the ones that can be upgraded more tha once, are purchased minimum 4-5 times... And still have more than 60 perk points left.... And the hole time, it wasn't felt grinding... I just payed attention to the challenges from the start!

Chromedome 2020 as soon as you enter the base activate the ghost perk. It makes it REALLY hard to be detected.

(I never played co-op, I just pass on it, so I hope you don't think of me as a jack-ass, for passing on the offer) However! From what you wrote, your problem is not that you get detected... If I'm correct... you have the same problem I did at the first time, I just couldn't figure it out, how the "F" did the enemy detected me "always". Because I heard the music get on, when I was hiding in a bush.... But in reality they didn't found me at all, just some random npc-s always attacked the stupid base I was about to take over... and the music always starts the same, when the base protecters fight the attackers, and they don't have any idea where are you yet! Just wait for the music to stop, unless if you are the on who trigered it... If not be patient... In general: Listen to /Seigecrasher/ Use the ghost perk... Do a little recon with the binocular first... Snipe some man of the edge of the base... After that I always switch to a silent smg or handgun and clear out the rest of the base in close.... No alarms, no detection, max ETANOL bonus! ;) And I always bring the dog... but never use it to kill, just to detect the enemy.... but even the dog can't detect the elite enemy.... you just have find them yourself!

You could technically also just keep upgrading purely special ammo capacity, and only use armour piercing or incendiary rounds, Because they really are not that much more expensive

Tips 13 > ASSIGN NANA: If you want to liberate any outpost undetected, hire Nana. She'll take care of it. Tips 14 > INCREASE WEAPON'S DAMAGE RATE BY 5%: Each weapon has the option to upgrade its damage rate by 5% with materials. Just go to weapon workbench and select the weapon. You'll see an option at the right side whether you want to upgrade it's damage rate. Tips 15 > RELOAD FASTER ANY WEAPON: Keep increasing the lunge capacity (I increased it 13 times the last time I checked) . You'll be amazed at how faster your weapon gets reloaded including LMG, RPG and Buzzsaw. Tips 16> HUNTING MONSTROUS ANIMALS: Assign Horatio. It'll distract monstrous animals from you and keep them busy around the boulder stone where can easily shoot and then use bow to take them down. Hope it'll help.

New Dawn can be won in 5 moves. Not necessary to up grade weapons, vehicles or boats. Not necessary to rescue Rush or to beat any bases held by the twins hoard. Simply roam around the world talking with the scouts until you reach the one talking about the fight club. Do those missions and kill the beast game over 5 moves. What a great big pile this game was.

It should be mentioned that you can also change the firing mode for some weapons. The assault rifle can be set for full auto, burst (3 rounds) or single shot semi-auto. Useful if you need to conserve ammo. Also, if you use the Far Cry credits found on treasure hunts to buy weapons or vehicles, these items are there for future playthroughs.

Far Cry 5 may end you relatively quickly with some chance of escape if you mess up and go into a situation unprepared. New Dawn, however, gives you no chance of escape and pretty much guarantees your death if you mess up lol. It is very challenging

The crashed space station is the International Space Station. I found that will never run out of crafting materials if you take the animal skins if your attacked by animals, for which you will be. If the kill was with a bow, it will net you two skins instead of one. This works on all animals you will encounter.

Tip 1: Take over Enemy outposts to get Ethanol to upgrade your workstations at prosperity. Tip 2: Unlock the Guns for Hire Animal called Horatio, very powerful and does the best job. Tip 3: Unlock the cartography workstation and craft Intel maps to get treasure maps etc, then do them, very simple and gets you loads of materials.

One can save a lot of crafting materials by completing the beginner challenges using level 1 weapons looted from enemies, rather than crafting them. Also getting the Eden skills like Wrath, is the quickest way to kill monstrous animals. 3-4 punches using Wrath will kill any monstrous beasties.

Playing this game of 4k resolution is just beautiful. Timber is my man. I'd use him to mark everything and get the kills but I use him to mark the enemies and treasures when redoing outposts and then swap for Nana or that one crazy girl who shoots heavy weapons. Love my elite level sniper rifle; it kills everything. I no longer worry about those monstrous animals. Turk is useless to me. I don't need someone talking a bunch of shit and always getting killed. I need someone to get the job done when I point out the enemies I want killed.

A tip for hunting (I mostly do this for monstrous bisons) is to lower their health with a shotgun then after that use wrath to finish them. This method would give you 2 skins every kill (but I once experience a bison only giving me one skin for doing this method but mostly it's fine)

At the moment I'm replaying New Dawn again. And man I love this game. Beautiful colors, fun gameplay. And always bad guys to kill. My favorite alround weapon is not even an Elite weapon. It's the tier 3 MS-16. Upgrade its damage, (something you can do then you when you fully upgrade the workbench in Prosperity), to 1000dmg and you are formidable. Stock it is already pretty powerful. And somehow more fun to use than in Far Cry 5.

Speaking of High Ground - one of the trick you can use in Far Cry 5 "Might" work here too which is to take a vehicle you can stand on (ideally a van) and park it in a field (ideally somewhere with some herbivores you can get bait from) and then throw the bait on the ground while standing on the roof of the vehicle - you can then shoot the critters from the roof and they can't get to you. I think something like that should work here too.

@@mr.2cents.846 I am loving it too. The graphics, for some reason look better to me and the gameplay is just better somehow. Oh the driving seems better to haha. There is a lot that i like about this game so far. Some people are saying it is too short but i think they rushed through it. I can see me getting about 25 hours or more out of it xD

Awesome video, I didn't know that a fully upgraded workbench enabled weapon upgrades , I was wondering why my guns were so weak against high tier enemies, man I feel stupid, maybe now I can do some real damage. Thanks, Peace.

If you want the elite weapons the best way you can get them is having a friend who has unlocked it and have them invite you and you can make the elite weapons even though you haven't unlocked it cause you are in your friends world you has and you get to keep the elite weapons when you go back to your world. You will still need the resources though but that is easy

If you need more ethanol try using edens gift and the double jump to attack small numbers of enemies at a time with your buffed punch you can melt elite enemies and take less damage I have yet to use a gun since I found this meathod it makes me feel like the hulk

Also, you can complete a expedition in lll difficulty. You will gain 3 perk point and a lot of ressouces. But don't forget to take some good guns and a mercenary (If u like the stealh, take Timber. If ypy prefer the violent way, take Horatio or Gina)

So a tip for hunting m animals (except cougar ) is to get them to rush you so when they attack they come at a full stop, then if you have time switch to shotgun or bow and fire at the weak spot. you can even so this with the rust m133 but for me, it took a while I hope this helps anyone struggling to hunt monstrous animals!

This is probably the first game where you need a damn vehicle just to kill the animals. But I think one of the most important tips that was missed in this particular episode, is watch the enemy ranks. most cases a level 1 character or level 1 weapons, will do absolutely nothing to a level 2 and especially a level 3 enemy. This level system is unique to this particular variant of far cry, and those who are used to far cry 5 and before, will be shocked to see this particular damage system being used.
