I am quite surprised no one talks about the Crete : the biggest island in Greece that is absolutely amazing.

Crete is certainly great, but it's quite large, and if you want to see the best places of the Island you have to be ready for hours on the road. Canary Islands on the other hand, are just the right size. Big enough so there's a lot to see, small enough to drive around in more or less 2 hours depending on the island. Plus the weather is great in there all year round. Same goes for Madeira, but it was mentioned in this video, so...
