We usually end up filling up the trasharoo with other people's trash that we find laying around. Also, props for being responsible and courteous enough to pack out your own waste. It's really not that bad.
@OutdoorAuto3 жыл бұрын
I agree actually... if you plan for it and have a system it really isn't bad at all.

I love when budget vids come up. Some channels and gear reviews usually show just the "best" of everything. It sometimes makes it seem like it costs so much to get into the overland lifestyle.

I overland with 3 kids and I love that suggestions are budget and family friendly. And yes, having a good toilet for kids and lights for a dance party a must.
@OutdoorAuto3 жыл бұрын
Thanks Jessica - One of the points of the whole channel is trying to help people get out WITH their families... A lot of people retire adventure and exploration as soon as they have kids... I'm not going to lie... it IS harder with kids... But you have probably learned this too... if you embrace the challenge and focus on efficiency... make everything as quick and easy as possible... then you will actually go and get out... also... make it affordable.

Great video, thanks. I'm still a big fan of the original crazy creek style chair. Easy to carry, easy to stow. Comfortable to sit on, stand on to change your clothes, or kneel on to change a tire. Carry 3 in my truck and 1 on my motorcycle.

What makes it better than a trash bag?
@getrickygervaisstuff3 жыл бұрын
It can hold firewood...
@Venture2Roam3 жыл бұрын
John Michelin To be fair, at camp we use a collapsible trash bin with a trash bag inside...so I don’t think it’s better than a trash bag at camp for collecting your garbage. However, it’s super great for carrying your trash until you can properly dispose of it. We actually had a human waste bag get punctured and leak...and I was soooooooo glad that happened inside the Trasheroo instead of inside our rig. We also carry firewood, our toilet, and other dirty essentials in it.
