They have to do it, but it will be incrediebly difficult. The F1 engine is designed to work with the car on the ground, and turned upside down, the engine would starve of oil. With engine modifications they could be able to do it. Even if the car falls, F1 cars are at such a high level of safety that the driver who they can squeeze in the car would easily survive.

@BrooXX8564 жыл бұрын
Nation of hydration maybe not, but most people don’t even know about that. And if they use Vegas streets, overtaking most likely wouldn’t be an issue. Could definitely create some exciting races in my opinion, and it would be even cooler if it was at night, because of how many bright ass lights there are in Vegas.
@jackodees17654 жыл бұрын
@@BrooXX856 But then comes the question: Do we really want another streetcircuit? We've got Baku, Monaco, Singapore and Hanoi, and semi-streetcircuits like and Melbourne. I think we've got enough of those. Granted, circuits can't get worse than Abu Dhabi, Paul Ricard and Sochi, but still I'd rather see a purpose-built non-Tilke Circuit. I'd like to see Hockenheim, Nurburgring, Istanbul Park, Sepang, Watkins Glenn or Kyalami back on the calendar. Most street circuits in the USA have been really underwhelming.
@satagaming91444 жыл бұрын
@@jackodees1765 If they could get the Glenn in any sort of decent state it'd be amazing. Maybe with some modifications (though that would ruin the magic) and even safer cars, they could bring back the nurburgring nordschleife, though that's far off (and moderately suicidal).
@jackodees17654 жыл бұрын
@@satagaming9144 Well, they did it with Zandvoort, which was also not in any decent shape, so I can see them do it with the Glenn.. The Nordschleife itself is out of the question, it is basically too longfor F1.. Imagine getting a puncture in turn one, and having to drive for 20 km to get back to the pits. It's not just that though, It's not unthinkable the cars will overtake the safetycar in lap 2 while the safetycar is still on lap one. And just imagine the speed on the final straight, that would just be insane, Qualification would be fun though, you'd basically only have one chance for a timed lap.

What made #1 even more eye-opening IMHO is _when_ it was done. Had they given the car to DC or Danny Ric to do it, it would still have been amazing and an absolute check mark for displaying car control, but at that time, Max had hardly any time in a racing car seat of any sort, let alone the first team's car - and that's not meant as any insult or the like, I'm just stating facts. Compared to them, especially DC, he'd had next to no time in a car of any sort. If that didn't display his natural ability, I don't know what would. And I say again, it would have been equally impressive as a stunt regardless of who was behind the wheel. DC's decades of experience in F1 and "stunt driving" F1 cars wouldn't have removed one iota of how jaw-dropping it must have been for everyone involved. But Max was barely out of "rookiedom". It just gives that little extra to how far up the boss of the stunt's heart went into his mouth. Just imagine being him. Not just looking after what would be considered a museum piece by many teams (ie any car no longer racing) but having the team's newest "acquisition", a teenager still, driving a potentially life-threatening course - a moment going too fast, one slip too far to the side... Doesn't bear thinking about!
