The cemetery was one of my most unique memories from Isle Royal. Only was there for exploring but I hope to join my father one of these years, to fish. There is a bridge around that cemetery named after Roger Roth. He was a wild land firefighter that gave a lot of his time to the island on his summers off. He passed but his parents were my childhood neighbors growing up. They shared lots of his story’s before I went. The moose graveyard is also crazy. Great video felt like I was back a few times, so thank you 🙏🏼

I’ve been missing Ollie! Your laugh is mirth to my soul! Keep up the great adventures! I’m looking on Craigslist for a solo canoe. I found one! But not sure if I can hoist it up onto my Honda Pilot, which has no roof rack. 😢 I have a kayak but I grew up canoeing and I love that better. Plus, fishing is easier in a canoe. I’m not in great shape so better start exercising and lifting before I buy.

The way you talked about that trout reminds me of my last day of fishing in Northern Ontario after 3 months of camping, and the grandmother of all walleye I caught in the last hour of the last day on the water. Absolutely shaking. What an experience with those wolves! I've never had that, except apparently when I was too young to remember, with my parents. One downside of travelling with dogs. Saw a cougar in Ontario though, crazy thing walked right through our site in broad daylight!
