Remember when Sym's primary fire could pick up and carry small objects if it wasn't locked onto anything? You could attach your turrets to a basketball and carry it into battle. It wasn't effective but it was at least kinda funny.

Coming from a McCree main, you at least had to be somewhat creative when it came to flashbangs, like leaping it over Rein's shield or trying to miss on purpose to hit a deflecting genji with AOE of it, now it's a one-shot to the chest + a nade and that's a kill for most, it's pretty boring, and this entire game is progressively getting worse.

as a former symmetra main, goats was actually a good time for me, piercing barriers to hurt and sometimes kill the squishies hiding behind it, zapping down lucios and bb dva's with my lock on beam, forcing my way through chokes with her push barrier then shattering the choke position with a cheeky portal behind enemy lines. ah, good times.

You can still get a sextuple kill with a mercy res and it is my ultimate goal in OW2

Me too. Would be very hard to pull off. It would require you to kill someone and for mercy to immediately start rezzing them, and while you kill the rest of the team (including the tank of course, which is hard) you'd then have to come back and kill the mercy as well as the person she razzed. I imagine it would be possible with a Genji nano blade or a hanzi headshot, followed by a mercy Rez, as zarya gravs their team and hanzo shoots his ult at it.

I once for a sextuple kill in the end of OG OW with a Junkrat ult last second save of 2nd point Anubis 2CP. Literally saved that match, I felt goated.

Funny you say that cause push is still way more balanced than 2cp Push gives a massive advantage to the team that wins the first teamfight and winning the first 2/3 teamfights basically decides the winner early in 80% of the games But even that is more balanced than 2cp

I think two cp can be reworked to be more similar to the starwatch event going on right now, FOUR cp has a very different feel to it and has the potential for a more dynamic sense of progression where steam rolls are far less common, the timer would need to be reworked to prevent games lasting ages due to a defensive stomp but that’s a direction I could see taking the capture maps into the same game length territory as payload hybrid and koth

He's alot better now. He takes skill, but the recoil really fixed him. Before, you had to suffer from bloom, which made aiming a pain. Now it's easy

Another fun thing with the soldier section is that clip looks like it was before soldiers gun had recoil, and if i remember right at some points it would go from projectile to hitscan depending on the devs feelings because of the bloom it had

the thing about 2cp was that in taking out the gamemode, they also took out most people's favorite maps. if anything, I feel like what they could do is rework these maps to be playable with different gamemodes like flashpoint or (the other gamemode where both teams have to attack the objective and defend it, can't remember the name)

You can *technically* still get a 6k if you kill someone, quickly kill the rest of the team as mercy reses the first person and then kill mercy and thr person who just got rezed, but it's very difficult to pull off

There is literally nothing fun about being on the receiving end of a guaranteed 1-shot. Nothing at all. 0 counterplay. At least the homing grenade gives you a chance to live. You're definitely a Cassidy player that could never get kills with anything aside from stun + right click

yeah the fire was just fun, but the medals were so toxic bc ppl would lie and cope all day saying they have gold hero damage. I mean people still do that now with the scoreboard but I can confidently say it's not as bad now that we have more transparency of our teams performance.

Hero lock was a good thing, role lock sucks. Some times you get stuck with people who REALLY shouldn't be playing tank, and you're not even able to swap out with them. Or you get DPS that refuse to swap to counter certain heroes, and you're not able to swap off of your healer to deal with them yourself. It's very frustrating some times.
