I think you should have mentioned the mystery heroes emote glitch. When that was around you could give the character you spawned us emotes of other characters creating horrors beyond human imagination

Not sure if you forgot or not, but there was an out of bounds glitch on shambali monastery with sombra. You could just be under the entire map and shoot people from below

There was also a bug with Torb where you can get 2 overloads with one and it was extremely easy to do, just spam E and you get 2 free overloads, this was the same time as Bastions ult bug.

5:42 This isnt actually the spawn doors unable to open, McCree here somehow spawned at the wrong control point and that's why the spawn doors arent opening, also notice how he cant change heroes.

I remember often getting one on Watchpoint: Gibraltar as Reaper where I could teleport into a crate on the second point. I could shoot the enemy when they were by me but they couldn't shoot me. If I did that, my team would have to 5 v 6 the entire third point because I couldn't get out of the crate.

A lot more of these bugs are entirely visual than you may first realise, most of the spawn door bugs (they've cropped up multiple times) were visual and would only look like they prevented you from moving through when in reality if you held forward for more than a couple seconds you would seemingly teleport from one side of the door to the other.

My favorite bug has to be the infinite bot glitch. You could have around 24 to 32 Bastion bots on the enemy team and see debris everywhere. You could also do 12v12 with it too. I miss the bug so much, they promised to make it into a feature on the forums, but never implemented it. The closest thing we have now is 18 dummy bots in the workshop.

The bug I personally experienced the most is back in ow1, Dva ulting will teleport you to the sky outside of the map and then you just fall and die

I had a funny bug back when orisa came out, when you used the puppy emote the puppy was static but facing the other way, so when the puppy was suposed to be licking her face it looked like she was rubbing the puppies butt on her face instead and laughing 🤣

You forgot the symetra turrets, and the numerous interactions between either mei's wall or symmetra's teleporter that could allow to make indestructible objects or throw anyone out of the map

the one about junk trap instantly being destroyed - that is when junk places a new trap whilst someone steps into it. the one where spawn doors wouldnt open on oasis, he literally spawned on the wrong map. if you didnt know, on control maps, ALL of the maps are rendered into one big map.

I'm relatively new to OW so I didn't even catch that the first "bug" was a bug until you said it because of how natural it looks. Wish Blizzard would have kept it or properly implemented it as an official mechanic.

The gameplay at 5:45 wasn’t just a case of the spawn doors not opening. It would sometimes spawn a player at the wrong control map. For example, the Cassidy spawned at the garden while everyone else was on city Center or university.

there's a couple from OW 1 that i didn't hear mentions of, so here goes; - there were entire sections of maps you could glitch into as Mei using her wall and spawns on Oasis that you could glitch out of and into the skybox. they were most common on the PTR, but they happened on the actual game, too, to the point that the devs had to beg people not to use them in games. they were most popular to mess with when Junkertown was being released. - 0.00 bug. also around the same time, it was incredibly common for the payload to be such a miniscule amount from the end that it showed the distance remaining as 0. very fun when you lost a game while 0.00m from the end. i haven't seen it in OW 2, but just because i've said that, i can guarantee i'm gonna see it. - Rein. just Rein. they 'fixed' him in 2018 (i think), but that lasted for about a day. explanation; charge and his ult weren't working as they should have been. charge has always had a 50/50 chance of sucking you in or throwing you out to the point of even the rein being surprised when they go for a charge and suck an enemy into his grip. Rein's ult has always been buggy, and the worst of it was mentioned but the incredibly common--as in, still happens--version of it either hitting people it shouldn't hit or not hitting people on the edges of it despite the fact that it definitely should've hit them wasn't mentioned. i'm just glad i don't play Rein. - the payload's detection for whether anyone's on it or not has always been funky. my favourite is when you're kissing the payload, face pressed against it, and lose because apparently you weren't on it. incredible. ditto with control point. the amount of times i've seen an enemy on the point and the game goes 'nah, they're not on it' is often enough that i remember seeing it. - Roadhog's hook was mentioned, but i want to note that it still happens. not as badly, but i've been hooked through my teammates in a way where there's no way i should've been hooked, and i've been the Roadhog who hooked someone through their teammates. the surprise when i went to hook a D.Va who was in her mecha and got a Mercy that i didn't even know was there and we both stared at each other for a moment. hilarious. honourable mentions for OW 2: - AI in vs. AI games can get under the map on Shambali and shoot through the floor. it seems to be only the AI who can do it, at least, but the example i've seen was a Bastion. - the weird amount that the game just doesn't detect you using shift on Kiriko and Moira. works on Mercy, Winston, D.Va, Rein, Lucio, Junkrat, Lifeweaver... basically anyone else with a movement ability on shift, but not those two. also had a friend in another country have the same issue. - just after the game was released (like, first month), i witnessed my friend teleport to someone as Kiriko and fall through the floor. it was King's Row. she teleported to someone who was on high ground next to the pipes after payload capture (i cannot figure out how to explain where), appeared there, and was evidently close enough to the wall to just not hit the floor's collision at all. - on Antarctic Peninsular, the pipes on one of the maps (what is it with this game and the pipes?) work in the same way the front of the ship used to on Lijiang, Nepal, and Ilios. there is still a specific point in one of the AP spawn rooms but not the other where it doesn't count as being inside the spawn and so teleports you back to the middle of spawn. this only works when the doors are closed, because that's when you shouldn't be outside spawn. it was a larger catch area for it, but when they fixed the ships (after 6 years), the catch area for the pipes shrunk. favourite one. i love sprinting to the pipes and then appearing in the middle of the spawn room like the world's best magician.

I remember back in overwatch one getting banned in comp for 9 months because I used the mei ice wall glitch in the snowball game mode on the Antarctic map that let me get behind one of the blocked off rooms.

I don’t want to ruin the fun but a lot of this video is wrong so I thought I’d explain it in more depth: 0:35 the hog hooks were insanely busted, but they were not technically bugs since that’s how blizzard intended to implement hook. They were for sure badly thought out and were correctly changed to reduce hitbox and need LOS but not bugs. 2:40 this isn’t a roadhog bug, character models quite often get stuck in places they aren’t meant to be and still happens to this day. 4:40 sombra was much more used for these types of bugs since you could get translocator into many more broken areas of the map than reaper tp 5:47 the bug here isn’t that the doors closed, you can see the rest of his team are on another map inside oasis but he is stuck in one of their previous maps, that’s the bug. 6:10 I don’t think this is the arrow bugging out, I think it’s the hitbox of the arrow hitting the hitbox of the wall she is standing beside so it got stuck as if it was just hanging there. Poor choices of mechanics from blizzard but not a bug, just a bad decision again. 6:19 there are many spots even in ow2 that still contain stall spots like this but it’s not that game breaking since he can just use mines to get out or now we have the automatic jumping mechanic that detects when you’re stuck and will boost you out. 6:32 doom here didn’t fall through spawn, he literally just walked out of the spawn and jumped off the map due to his mouse sensor messing up. This is not a bug and it is also not blizzards fault, the guy just walked off. 7:34 this is a bug but it’s not that “Mei frozen = can’t kill”, it’s that the bastion was frozen while he was in the middle of animation so his character model showed that he was still mid animation but his hitbox went back as if it had finished. 8:48 drawing on payload maps is very rare but it’s not a bug. There are certain places in specific maps where the payload automatically pushes itself to an area like here on dorado or 2nd point eichenwalde. 10:27 this is also not a bug you can see on the left side of his screen he has the lost connection icon, but the genji dashed during his connection lost so he continued with that trajectory since there were no packets from the server to update the player that the dash had ended. It’s a purely client visual issue and not a bug.

Encountered a bug yesterday where the spawn doors for the capture point maps would not open for my team, after losing the first point the enemy team all ran up to us after not seeing us and they also saw that our door was closed and would fall off the map if they tried to walk where the door normally opens

Btw, you missed a pretty huge game breaking (as well as ocular health damaging) graphic bug on the Nintendo switch where some maps had their textures all replaced by pure neon colors BRIGHTER THAN THE FRICKIN SUN, making seeing anything almost impossible. Happened to me once in ranked. I thought if I cut my internet connection real quick, then close he an then come back that it might fix it. Nope. Got banned the rest of season 1. Weeee

No. It teleports them to the map origin, which is sometimes off the map and sometimes in. Its very rare and not easily fixable because it occurs when the teleporter entity no longer exists while someone is being teleported, and so their position is set to default (0,0,0)

Don't forget the Hanzo recoil bug, mercy hiding inside a stone texture on Esperanca to keep contesting the point, Kiriko's cleanse sometimes refuses to register, Sombra being able to TP on top of the map Esperanca and then switch to Widow, Kiriko falling off the map if she tries to teleport to a Wrecking ball while he was on a slope, Reinhardt walking into the ground when he did the Zombie emote and so much more.
